Bad. Very bad. Always different information. Cannot enter the same branch twice — new rules every day or from different operators. Never calling back when they promised. Super slow.

Im waiting for 1 hour to Transfer Money via Ria...Imagine How you just want to sent small amounts of money and They will wait for Head Confirmations...its waste My time for more than 1 hour 15:35 until now its 16:51 im still waiting For confirmation its not normal at all!!!they should tell me im sorry We can make this transaction now.

This bank is the absolute worst, hands down. Every branch, including the Mashtots branch, makes me feel like I should be grateful that they're even dealing with me. They're always rude and unprofessional, and they make my life difficult every time I have to interact with them.

Absolute worst. Kept us waiting for a month for a bank transaction, didn't properly notify us that we had incomplete actions to take to receive the transaction. How would we know, that's why they are the service provider and we are customers, they need to notify us of everything properly. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN

The card department doesn't work on Saturday. They delivered new card instead of expired one without asking where I want it to be delivered. And didn't notified, that my card had expired.

None of the so called "specialist" know how much they charge for transfers. First they say its fixed 10$, then 0.1% and then 0.25%
Have to move my out of this bank with loss, after just a week because of unprofessional stuff.
Not to mention that online banking app and webapp is complete junk.

They are dishonest and unprofessional. By far the worst bank in Armenia. Don't trust them. At the end they will blame you.
