Used to be a good bank. Not anymore. Waiting time is around 40 minutes even for simple matters. Also they are asking you tons of questions even for small transactions.

So frustrating that I had to go to this bank and was treated like this. Complete disregard and disrespect for the client who wanted to open an account. Disrespect for customers is unacceptable in any bank and can negatively affect the reputation of the bank, as customers are the most important component of any business. If clients don't feel valued and respected, they can look elsewhere, which is my advice to all potential clients considering doing business with HSBC Bank. Pay attention to the comments below and make the right choice.

We came to the bank to exchange the currency today, Friday, July 28, 2023, at about 10:00 AM, but the bank employee tried to embezzle the amount of 10000AMD, and upon reviewing the amount, the remaining amount was added. A bad experience, and I do not recommend visiting to exchange the currency here👎🏼

Terrible service,sullen rude employees and a very slow &complicated process for merely exchanging currency.
HSBC Armenia absolutely doesn't match the quality service the mother bank prides itself of.
