Horrid knowledge of banking. Staff are not trained well. Management should be all changed and trained for all new banking procedures. Highly recommended not to bank or do any transactions from them. Specially moneygram. Make sure if someone sends you money from abroad they need to post the physical receipt to you so you can present it on the counter to receive your cash.

very rude employees, they dont ask things nicely and acting like they own my money. if you are a foregin investor, avoid dealing with this branch.

its pretty bad, avoid it all cost, employees actually stink, they dont use deodorant and not professional at all..

Stupidest bank ever

Ужасный банк! Некомпетентное обслуживание, как и сами сотрудники начиная от консультантов заканчивая менеджером . Не рекомендую пользоваться даже обменом денежных средств в банкоматах . Не выдает обмен, денежные средства обещают вернуть лишь на следующий день.
