Positive sides: the phone assistance is just great.
Negative: at the rush hour (from 13:00 to 14:00) the is a huge queue inside the bank, you might wait up to 30 minutes to get to the desk.

Офис банка объективно красивый и современный, есть места для ожидания.
У входа расположены несколько терминалов и банкоматов.
К сожалению, как и везде, обслуживают не быстро и образуются очереди, но в сравнении с другими все равно быстрее.
Система нотификации раздражает, так как не синхронизирована и звук от одного тв отстает от другого, а информация выводится не синхронно. Я пропустила свой талон, пришлось стоять заново.
Из плюсов очень доброжелательный и полезный чат в приложении и возможность подать документы дистанционно и в отделении можно получить информацию как это сделать.
Международные переводы тоже придется подождать в общем потоке.
А ещё в зоне ожидания есть розетки и вода.

Շատ վատ սպադարկում։ Քարտ պատվիրելիս աշխատողը չներկայացրեց ինչ տեսակի և պայմաններով քարտեր կան։ Քարտը ստանալիս ավելի լավ աշխատոց էր, բայց տեխնիկական խնդիրների պատճառով քարտ վերցնելը տևեց 35 րոպե։ Մի խոսքով` խորհուրդ չեմ տալիս օգտվել այս բանկից և հավանաբար քարտից չեմ օգտվի։

1 час 45 минут в очереди чтобы узнать, что платёжные системы банка не функционируют. Худший банк, в которых мне доводилось бывать.

I come to open account as an individual entrepreneur. The give me a list of documents for LLC not for IE and you need to do all by your own. It is not polite to send your customer work at home when your customer already come to you.

By the way the interior is very nice and there is a nice cafe in the same place

In my opinion this is the worst bank in Armenia, never use it if you don't want issues with card payments almost every 3-4 days!!!!!

Because of you a lot of times I was not able to pay for taxi or buy food. And now my all accounts are gone!!!!
This is not first time and I think it's not the last.

Never and never use their services.
