Green Homestay - Mai Châu

I’ve been travelling for 4 months and this is the best experience I had. The family is absolutely adorable and always here to help you. The food is good, I still think about the breakfast to this day. I was there during the heatwave and still I enjoyed it (thanks to the good AC). The mood is great, I loved every moment and for a budget that would make every European destination cry.

I would tell to every people coming to Mai Chau to go there.

I really liked the place, the rooms, the food, and the relaxing view, everything together makes a great hotel to stay in. 10 minutes walk to central shops, supermarket is 2 minutes walk, free bicycles. hammocks are scattered at every point so you can just lie down and stare at the green landscape. Quiet all around, big rooms, kettle and tea in the room for self preparation.mosquito nets above each bed. really perfect

Probably the best place we’ve ever stayed. Rooms are very comfortable, and we had an amazing view of the mountains. The family who owns the place are just so wonderful, catering to our every need. The food was so yummy as well. Thank you so much for everything

A place with an amazing view! The owner of the house is very kind and nice and helps with everything you need. The high rooms with an amazing view! In relation to a homestay, a high level room has some insects in the room. It is highly recommended !

Easy to recommend! Value was incredible as was the location. You have amazing views with peace and quiet. Can cycle with free bikes around the area. Lots of food choice on the menu. Only negative is very thin walls, could hear neighbours very easily.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved the views on the rice fields, absolutely astonishing! The breakfast was also yummie and it’s also a perfect place to have lunch and dinner (the beautiful views are included in the price :). The woman who owns the place is also the most friendly person of Vietnam with a heart of gold. Bicycles are for free. We will be back! Thanks a lot :)

Lovely and extremely friendly family with a good sense of humor. The view from the rooms as well as the restaurant is just incredible. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Can only recommend.

The location is beautiful! Genuinely nice family providing services. The rooms are basic but what more can you ask for at such a cheap price! Highly recommended!

•Good value for money, the room included breakfast (we ordered the noodle soup which was from a packet and an omelette which came with 4 slices of bread)

Lovely homestay, rooms are basic but clean and sufficient. Hot shower available. Loved the location. The restaurant served awesome food.
Only stayed for a night, but it was a very nice one.

We booked and stayed three times in a month in Green Homestay because of various reasons.The view from our room is stunningly gorgeous, room 302. The hosts are polite and so accommodating. They even served scrumptious food and refreshing drinks in affordable prices. The location is safe and it’s in the heart of paddies. We would like to stay again when we visit Mai Chau.

Really great homestay! Very good value rooms, tasty breakfast and coffee, with a great view over the rice paddies and hills.

The owner was super nice! This place is in a very nice and calm environment. The included breakfast was realy good (especially the pancakes!) and they have a laundry service as well as free bicycles. We liked it so much that we did extend. Ahh, and the curry with vegetables and tofu was realy nice!
We would definitely come back! :)

You pay for waking up in front of this view. We booked a room on the upper floor. People say they couldn't lock the door, but there's a lock. Coffee was delicious, breakfast was free and fine. Paddy fields around and breathtaking mountains 🌄. Wonderful!!!

There are bicycles to ride (free), umbrellas, parking for a car.
Pretty quiet 🤫 in the evening and in the morning!

We arrived for mai chau for 3 nights and during the vacation we changed our plan and had to extend for one more night which was not a problem from the homestay. The staff was absolutely amazing, this what really makes the stay to be good. They help with everything we needed, even for example we accidentally dropped a plate of food, they immediately made a new one without additional cost. We also booked from there a drive to the area attractions, tien from the hotel took us to all the locations, he was unbelievable and very kind, highly recommended to go with him and the prices were very low.
We only ate at their restaurant and it was very tasty and fair prices. The smoothies are amazing
The breakfast included omelet or pancakes or noodle soup and a drink. (if you wanted pancakes and omelet it was not a problem without additional charge)
They also offer free bicycles and motorbike for 150k per day. The views from the room are unbelievable.
We very enjoyed our stay there.
The room was nice but had a little bugs (one giant cockroach also, but they took care of it quickly without problems).
Still highly recommended if you are in mai chau.
Would give for service more than 5 stars if i could.

Friendly staff, nice rooms and they have great food there. Fair prices for accommodations. I recommend!
Please be noted that there are a HUGE amount of bugs, I don't know if it's only in this homestay or in all of Mai Chau. it was hard eating there, not comfortable at all.
