DO NOT GO HERE. First off, I literally stood there for about 5 full minutes making eye contact with the sales reps and they didn’t approach me but continued to talk to each other, rude. Finally, I flagged one down and pointed to a piece I wanted to look at. They kinda just look like they hate their lives and don’t wanna help you. I purchased a gold pendant and gave them a credit card. The machine ran out of paper and they couldn’t figure out how to reload it. They then proceeded to swiped my card about 4 more times! Then they said no card, and I’d have to pay in cash. I was worried it already charged my card so I was trying to ask if they could just fix the machine. I waited for 15 minutes with no updates as they proceeded to ignore me, so finally I just decided to pay cash. I was assured it didn’t charge my card, and one girl kinda laughed in my face like “of course not.” Come to find today, IT DID CHARGE MY CARD. I got double charged and had to call my credit card to dispute. Avoid here like the plague.
