Quarantine here for 7 days due to coming from Cambodia. Hotel staffs are very polite, room is clean and has all necessities. I got a corner room, the view is great but the wifi is quite bad. i complained to the hotel staff about the wifi and they took action immediately by installing a signal amplifier so the wifi improve a bit, very appreciate such response as I need decent internet to work. Besides, the food is quite ok for me.

Always a pleasant stay here. Very well maintained. Stayed in a suite this time around and it was very comfortable. They need to replace the maintenance guy doing all the caulking jobs around the tubs, floors, and ceilings as it looks like a 5 year old did it. It takes away from the aesthetics of the room, not that it makes a difference as far as the stay goes. The pool was not available, but it was made up for by allowing us on their other facility a few blocks away, which has a beautiful scenery garden and an amusement park for the kids which was great!

They have gotten better over the last few months. The pool area upgrades are almost done. The indoor/ outdoor dining area is close to complete. The coffee lounge in the lobby has been improved and the 3 leg tables have been replaced (almost all of them). The parking attendant still does not wipe the wax crayon number off of your motorcycle when you leave.

Back again. The pool area is now complete and looks good. Parking attendants now remember to clean the crayon off your motorcycle upon exiting the garage. Billiards room on the 9th floor is nice. Excellent views and service.

December 2017, back to my favorite hotel in Tây Ninh. The service continues to improve and you could now call this a 4 star hotel.

The spa opened in November and is truly a beautiful spa. The menu of services is extensive. The 4 star service, for me, started when Miss Liễu carefully explained all of the available services. If there is no one available at the time, you can wait in the beautiful reception area, go to your room and relax or enjoy coffee in the lobby coffee shop. Spa reception will call you when someone is available to take care of you. The spa was purpose built, not just a conversion of available space. It has all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star spa.

One of the Best Hotel in Tay Ninh, Price rate is good and room are big with cafe, facility all well being. Marked as the only hotel i will stay if i go there for second trip. Cheers

Good hotel in Tay Ninh, service is good. Room is comfortable clean and large. The breakfast was good as well. It's a good choice if you're traveling there a bit expensive though

Very spacious and modern and clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom wirh large bath, cafe makes excellent coffee lattee. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.
