Sun World Ba Den Mountain

Great place. Stunning Buddhism display. Go on Sunday and buy the ticket from the booth outside the place in case there will be a line inside. No waiting at all to get the ticket and at the entrance but told by the ticket agent that yesterday (Sat) there were a big crowd.

Magnificent place with very beautiful views especially during the sunset. Highly recommended!!!

A sacred mountainous place worth visiting in Tay Ninh province of Southern Vietnam, the 2 cable lines rides were quite an exciting experience especially the red car line to the highest point where the gigantic & solemn black Mercy of Goddess (Guan Yin Bodissatva) is located; submerged in the misty cold cloud when about reaching the station was fascinating!!
*If u want enjoy cooling weather conditions suggest start the trip in early morning.
**Overall rides & entrances cost only 550K dong which is fairly reasonable.

Ba Den mountain was the highlight of our trip, the gardens here are stunning and it's very well looked after. The cost for the Cable Cars to get to the top is 350,000đ which is very reasonable. There is a 3D movie on the top of the mountain which is quite breath taking. Definately worth a visit if you are in the Tay Ninh Province!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As the new cable car station, everything is spotless. The cable car round trip to Van Son peak is 350k. The female Budda statue is stunning and massive. I'm very impressed. There are restaurant areas, gardens. And below the Buddha statue, there are 4 floors for Buddhism exhibition and documentary filming.
Highly recommend visiting the Van Son peak when you are at Tay Ninh province.

Totally different environment, it was clean well taken cared off. Ticketing receiptionist was helpful and ride up to the buddhist statue feels safe.

It’s really nice to go before the Lunar New Year, it is not busy at all. They offer me a wheelchair to help my grandpa moving easier and help me go through the car to pick up before we leave. Highly recommend. The guy name Tien is the best, he work at Customer Service

This is like a Disneyland for Buddhist temples. The area is very nice and atop a small mountain. There's a gondola that takes about 5-6 mins to get to the top. There's also a hiking trail if you want to journey at the top. They have many amenities like a gift shop and food like ice cream, pizza and grilled food. The view from the top is amazing and the statue that is at the top of the mountain is an amazing sight. The amazing view is worth the trip to this place

The new cable system was nice. The architecture and design on top of the mountain was spectacular and beautiful.

Came here a week before Tet and it was not crowded, luckily. I am really impressed by the achitecture and how magnificent the view is. Should try once if you are visiting Vietnam.

Beutiful day out. Intresting. Beutiful active temples. There are 4 chair lift rides to different areas on the mountain. The final chair lift takes you to the top. And lucky for us there was little cloud so the views were amazing. Not to much steep walking and completely wheel chair accessible. Beutiful temples with monks carrying out there duties which included there chanting. Soviner shops at sensible prices. Also at the top of the mountain there is a buffet. Restaurant all you can eat cost in dong 250000 in pounds £9.00 a head children under 1.4m are free.
Good variety of both vegetarian foods and meats dishes good selection of dessert as well.
I woukd recommend booking tickets before you go the cost for us including the buffet was 900000 dong in English pounds about £28.00 person.. But that includes all the chair lifts and the buffet and a coach to the destination which is about 2 hours from ho chi minh city....

Having visited a French medieval village style resort in the Ba Na Hills near Da Nang, which I hated, also run by the same company - it was my lowest point in Vietnam - I had extremely low expectations of this resort, which I think is just a day resort (?), but I was hugely surprised.

I loved this resort. It is much more in keeping with Vietnamese traditions & much more real/tasteful The huge Black Virgin statue, with its many waterfalls at the base, is spetacular, if a little bit over the top, but the quality of the architecture throughout the complex is excellent and the views from the top are spectacular.

The cavernous descent to the base of the huge new fat Budda statue was amazing and the hole-in-the-roof fountain was spectacular.

I recommend this day (?) resort most strongly - a must see - to be combined with a visit to the Black Virgin Mountain Temple halfway up the mountain, and a visit to the truly magnificent Cao Dai Holy See Temple & Grounds a few kilometres away.

I visited here on one of the hottest days, but the services and wonderful scenery cooled me down! Thanks!

Locating at the peak, the place is cool and foggy. There are galleries, prayers, gardens and museums. The spotlight is the tall Black Lady Buddha statue. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant serves a large variety of food, including vegetarian food.
