My friend and I had a 90 minute massage and it was AMAZING!!! The service and facilities are top notch. Bring your bathing suit to enjoy the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi after your relaxing spa treatment. We highly recommend this spa!

Stayed here as a family, the location is perfect as the Vincom is just around the corner. Check in was fantastic, Le was our front house manager and she was very helpful.

She had our keys all ready, gave us suggestions on the location scenes and answered all of our requests.

The staff are all wonderful and are very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean and AC worked well.

The pool attendant was fantastic everytime the kids went for a swim, pool is a bit chilly during the evening though.

Easy access to everything, would recommend.

Corner sea view couldn't be better than any other hotel I have ever stayed. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room is basic but clean enough. And quiet. There are so many facilities in here, but my favorite place is swimming pool. The breakfast area is also spacious. But the main menu is 4 star score / 5 star. I only like various kinds of bread and omelet. It's enough for me. But not enough for others.

The general managers Mai and Tien were outstanding! They made our trip here extra special and their service were exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would! My husband and I will definitely be back to Melia Resort if we are visiting Nha Trang again in the near future.

Especially, QQ, Bang, and Hoa helped me a lot. And there was a time when the air conditioner didn't come out in the room, and Phuc quickly found another room, so I could stay comfortable. Not only the reception and bellman staff, but all the staff were friendly!!!!!
And the room was clean, and rice noodles and omelets for breakfast were delicious~

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach. The interior and design are modern, with a European style. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The service is excellent and worth the money. Will come back on the next vacation

Amazing place. Kind staff and great access to anywhere. Clean beddings, toiletries, and silverware. Had TVs in the living room and in each room. Highly recommend the laundry service! Also, the pool is super nice :)

Ms Tien is a very good message master. I enjoyed in the message which made me relaxed. Ms Xuan is very nice and introduced me the ginger tea she made it for me.

It‘s great time. All staffs are very kindly. And room is very clean and comfortable :)

Amazing hotel for families. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for a very reasonable price. The service was immaculate from beginning to end that we extended our stay in Nha Trang by another day. Breakfast buffet is tasty and opens early so you won't miss your tour. The location is within walking distance from Vincom Lê Thánh Tôn, so you'll have access to shops, cafes, and a small grocery store. Also close to the beach, which makes a great choice if you like to wake up early and get some beach time before it's too sunny.

Excellent service in all aspects. Tailored and personal details in many occasions and the pick up service from the airport was efficient and luxurious. Will definitely come back next time we are here!
