A very unique landscape with some pretty views. If you have the time to visit, it’s worth it! You will need to pay a 30,000VND entrance fee, but that’s very affordable and it’s worth it. I recommend visiting at sunset if you can!

The only real downside are the other tourists. Depending on when you visit, it can be very busy and loud.

Also, once the sun goes down you will be kicked out, so don’t expect to stay too long after sunset.

Chong Island proved to be an intriguing and laid-back destination.

The collection of acrylic paintings for sale added a touch of artistry to the experience. We were fortunate to catch a show featuring artists playing traditional Vietnamese instruments, providing a cultural treat for everyone to appreciate.

Outside, a spot offers a view of Chong Island, a petite oasis with rocks neatly stacked on each other.

For those seeking relaxation, a nearby coffee shop provides a serene setting with a view of the sea, refreshing drinks, and tempting ice cream. A delightful stop for a leisurely break.

Pretty cool place with the beach down the street.. Great place to climb on some rocks.. If you want something a little different than the beach . Also the pagodas to do in Nha trang.

Another option for you in this place is just to go past the coffee on the top and then enjoy the quiet atmosphere at road between the summit and the bottom

We visited on a Monday about 3pm. It was very crowded but we heard it's crowded daily. If you don't wish to visit the art gallery or look at traditional musical instruments, you don't have to pay 30,000 vd. You can go to the rocks via the restaurant. We didn't know and paid for the entrance. Also, there was no music playing. The staff said they would play music only if arranged by a big group.

The rocks are magnificent, sea is clear. But lots of rubbish was dumped in between the rocks. Not sure crazy tourists did that or locals or both. Overall, go for it.

There are 2 places, close by to each other here. One being the musical performance with traditional musical instruments (which we missed as the info to that place is quite confusing) 30k VND per pax I believe, and with that you get free access to the rocks. Did not know about the stories and the handprint until we came back. The rocks are very interesting and honestly a nice place to visit if only there is clear info and some guidance given by locals. Either visit in morning or later afternoon as the weather can be unbearable pending the season you go there. Many different spots to take photos and each angle just looks interesting and different somehow.

Hon Chong is a natural landscape in Nha Trang city, belonging to Hon Chong cluster, Vinh Phuoc ward. This area is a stacked natural rock. The water level to the island is quite low, you can wade out if you follow the rocky path below or wade through the water. The sea water is cool and clear

Popular tourist photo op place. Tickets are 20k and per person. It has lots of historical info, a small museum and cultural area and a nice sea view cafe. The views are beautiful and the best times to go are early morning or close to evening

The islet is a great picturesque spot for those who loved taking pictures. Tickets are cheap. Oh but who left a giant handprint there on the rock?

Update 08/2023: ticket price is 30k, and must buy because there are lots of security guy to check

IMPORTANT: you don't need to pay any fee to get to this place, just go through the front coffee shop. The ticket is just if you want to watch the musical show with traditional Vietnam instrumental, but it will worth it. About this place: another place to take nice picture, with weird mythical hand mark on a big rock :)

One of the famous places to visit in Nha Trang. It is not that crowded this year due to COVID-19 blocking many tourist from the outside. The sea is very clean and clear and you can get very close to the rock and the sea water at this place.

This is a natural landscape of stacked rocks, and there is a nice picture spot where you can be right underneath a big rock that is stuck between two rocks. I think it's worth coming here if you have some time.

This place is amazing and work every penny. I paid around 20k vnd for the entry. It's a combination of nature and man-made things, but you would be able to click some nice pics.

Do not go when it's too sunny, you want be able to enjoy it.
