Such a cute salon and friendly staff. Trang did my manicure, she was so sweet, quick and paid a lot of attention to detail. They also have a little bar inside. I was recommended by a friend to go, now I can recommend it also.

My friend and I were looking to get Biab done whist in Hanoi when we came across nail kitchen online. We just arrived at the salon without booking and were taken right away (you can also book online if you would prefer to). I got a biab manicure with one gel polish colour and a gel polish pedicure for only £22. It was easy to find. When you see the sign for nail kitchen go down the side alley for the entrance. The salon was clean and the staff were very helpful and efficient. They did all the prep work on my nails and cuticles. Better than any manicure I have had in the UK. My friend got nail art too which they did a great job of. They speak English well and can easily provide any service you ask for! They even gave us ice and water for our bottles free of charge. I wish I could go here to get my nails done all the time! 💅🏼

After researching many nail shops we decided to try Nail Kitchen, and we weren't disappointed. My mermaid inspired nails turned out better than the photo I brought in. So meticulous and detailed in execution. Highly recommend their services.

I visited Nail Kitchen 3 whilst in Hanoi and it was absolutely wonderful. I had done some research before to find the best nail spots in Hanoi and I am so glad I went with the recommendations.
I went in as a walk-in and had gel removal and then a fresh set of gel nails.
The salon was clean and tidy, the staff were so pleasant and welcoming.
I felt comfortable to ask about the shape and also testing two colours. The process took about 45 minutes and I was so pleased with the final product!
Highly recommend if you are in Hanoi!

Amazing nail place! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but with some help from the staff, they were exactly what I wanted! So beautiful and so gentle, no pain or bleeding. Really friendly and helpful staff! Love them so much

Amazing service. The staff were very nice and attentive. I had two ladies working on hands and feet at the same time. Both cleaned the dead skin to the deep and without pain. Understood the form and length I wanted perfectly. I was ready after one hour and 15 mins. Can only recommend!!!

Amazing!! Showed them a picture of how I would like my nails and they made them exactly like that. Absolutely talented and super friendly as well as an absolutely beautiful nail salon. Would definitely go there again! For a glittery French and a design on two fingers I only paid 16€ or 432.000d. If you want to get your nails done in Hanoi definitely go to them!

Update: 3 weeks nail retention. None peeled off and I am really really happy! I have a dog so I’m always washing my hands and my nails have never stayed so long unless it’s done well and sealed well.

Don’t be shocked when you see the renovation happening on the first floor! I was guided by a nearby security guard to the second floor. I had a French manicure with gel done and both my husband and I also had a basic foot scrub and cleaning done. The ladies who worked on us were very professional, detailed, and meticulous. Our feet now feel like a baby’s feet! The lines on my French tip are almost perfect and the colours she matched for me are also really complementary. I also love that the pricing is so transparent on their menu card!

Came here for gel nail extensions and waxing. Overall service was great and I was amazed at how well the Brazilian waxing went! Less painful than my waves back home so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was quick and efficient with the process. Loved the nail art they did on my nails and would consider coming back here again :)

Love Nail Kitchen3, my 2 daughters and I visited to have our nails done. Excellent service, lovely staff anda fantastic place to escape the heat of Hanoi. They also have a fabulous drinks menu too.

I had french BIAB done, one of the only places in my whole 3 months travelling that I have managed to find somewhere that has it! The girl took her time with everything, very happy 🫶🏼🤍

This is THE ONLY PLACE YOU NEED TO KNOW! All ladies did amazing job,better I could even imagine! I did BIab nails, what are considered in Europe the gel nail. Other places do acryl or some kind of powder nails,what damages nails. This Biab sistem is perfect! Also did Chellac pedicure,what looks amaizin. Eylash extation valume and my eybrows were made perfect as well! Attiude towards costumes- amazing! Ladies speaks english and underatood everything what I wanted and just perfect! Thank you so much! Going back for massage!

I had a great experience at Nail Kitchen, they were really friendly and spoke good English. The products they used were good and they copied a photo I gave them to do my nails. They also took their time with my manicure and I was very happy with the job! A reasonable price too!! Just look for the signs and then head up the stairs and you will find it :)

Highly recommend the service and the quality of the nails here! They helped fixed a bad set of gels and redid them beautifully. Also great selection of colours!! Must go for nails when in Hanoi

I had a really really great experience here. first i got my nails done and they look perfect. then i got a lash lift and tint which also came out so well. lastly i got a brazilian wax which i was kinda nervous about but the lady was so gentle, quick, and incredibly thorough. I wish this salon was in my home city, i would go every week😄

I absolutely love my nails !! The nail artist perfectly created the design I asked for. I also got a pedicure and it was extremely relaxing.
I will return here for my next trip to Hanoi.

Loved getting a gel mani/pedi here! Feels like a luxe experience because it’s tucked away in a little loft area. The girls are really sweet and are very talented at nail art. 🤍 They have a drink menu too and you can order anything you want. 10/10 experience!

Very kind and professionel salon. I got a gel manicure with beautifull nail art and my boyfriend got af gentlemens pedicure. Both of us was very pleased.
