The grilled pork belly have the smoky charcoal smell. The minced pork roll was also very flavorful. The crown jewel for the dish has to be the broth. Dipping the raw veg n noodles make this meal 100% satisfaction. We also love the deep fried crab meats spring rolls. Well deserved Michelin Star! Fantastic food.

The buncha was simply amazing!
The complete set comes with springroll as well. The set was pretty big. We shared 2 sets among 4 people.
Would have loved to sit on the street side but it was full house

There’s a reason for the Michelin recognition 😉The service was super fast, portions huge and most importantly - the meats were super fresh and delicious! Paid 70.000 VND/person for the basic set but it was quite reasonable for the location and what you get!

The only thing is that it gets quite packed and noisy. They were inviting people all the time to their restaurant which might not be a nice thing for people who want to eat their meal in peace.

Good Taste, Good Value, Recommended

A good taste Bun Cha is here with a strong greeting from the staff: "Hello, Bun Cha!".
I ordered Bun Cha combo set, they served with Bun Cha and big spring roll for 120,000 VND. It was worth though. Since they gave a lot of meat and a big spring roll that was also full of meat. Along with Bun Cha, there were BIG vegetable side dishes and many limes to squeeze into Bun Cha's soup. If there are leftover vegetables after eating. The staff would throw away the remaining vegetables and prepare new vegetables for a new customer.

Best Bun Cha I ever had. Plenty of veggies, free refills. Order the crab egg rolls, they are so yummy. We were here twice during our trip to Hanoi. It was referred to us by our hotel staff.

Traveler totally needs to eat in this place. Very recommended! Good food with good atmosphere. You also need to try the spring rolls. I came here when I arrived at Hanoi, and when I had to go back to my country, I ate it once again 😄 Very delicious and I want to go back to Hanoi just to eat this food.

Ate here back in 2010 and loved it.

Came back 13 years later and not much has changed, other than now the place has WiFi.

Got the Bun Cha and spring roll combo for 95.000 dong, which is a steal. Delicious pieces of tender pork and pork sausage type Patties are served with fresh herbs and vermicelli rice noodles. Delicious and a great deal that will fill you up too.

It's my first time trying bun cha and I really like it.
The crab spring roll is crispy and flavourful, pork patties have a smoky taste and serve with a lot of herbs & vegetables, overall combination is delicious.
Definitely recommend trying this dish when u visit Hanoi

Happy to be back here for the spring roll, rice noodles, and the grilled pork, served with fish sauce. Simply love the taste of the grilled pork. Really worth trying out the food here, as it is prepared in the traditional style. Great to order the 3 in 1 combo with spring rolls and share the food in group of 4 to 5 people. Then, we have space in the stomach for other food along the bustling old quarter of Hanoi.

They only have 2 choices, vermicelli and grilled pork or Vietnamese spring rolls. You wouldn't go wrong with either or both. They also have a homemade dragon plum or apricot drink which was a little too sweet for us. Price was very decent and the place is recognized by Michelin guide for street food. The place is a but cramped and floor is sticky.

Fast service, with plentiful servings of noodles and garnishes. The waitress tried to upsell on the bigger bowl, but our party only ordered 1 big and 2 regular bun cha. The bowl had a good amount of didn't different meats. The broth was a little sweet, but less sweet compared to the Obama location. Definitely deserving of the Michelin star.

I don’t know why most of the locals’ reviews are not good. For me as a local this place is very good, decent portion for only like 3.5usd. 1 tip is don’t order Nem Rán as it comes in 4 and will be too much for even 2 pax, order 1 Nem Rán only instead if you are craving. Best in town, always come back when visiting Hanoi.

Some of the best street food I have ever tasted. Wonderful stuff, and if you are down for the classic street food sights and sounds of a busy Hanoi intersection, all the better.

The best bun cha I've ever had. The portion was big and worthy of money. So much grilled meat and patties. All of which was well seasoned, well balanced and bell barbecued because the tenderness and juiciness were excellent! The broth was hearty and so balanced. Generous vermicelli noodles and veggies (which is rare considering i always had to order extra at other places). Spring roll was good but could be better tho, esp the fillings could've used more crabs or mince to fill them to 100. Food came out very fast and hot.

The restaurant is located at the heart of the busy tourist district. They have tables on several floors, so you need not worry about not getting one.

Like many Vietnamese dishes, Bun Cha relies on fresh ingredients, particularly greens. I tried sipping on the soup without the vegetables, and it tasted—for lack of a better term—singular. Thus, you must mix all the elements to have the best dining experience.

"Without a doubt, Bun Cha Dac Kim is the absolute best place in Hanoi to savor the authentic Bun Cha experience. The flavors of the food were simply extraordinary, leaving a lasting impression that exceeded all expectations. Not only was the taste exceptional, but the portion sizes were generously satisfying, offering great value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this gem of a place if you find yourself in Hanoi. A true culinary delight that should not be missed!"
