Went there to glue my Birkerstock. They have proposed to stich them. Was not convinced at first but agreed. Next day i came and was super suprised. My shoes looked great. Stiching was done perfect and they have added glue as well. I have glue them beefore and it did not hold as the gentleman at the shop pointed out. Now looks much stronger. The price was very good and they do not charge You extra after the job as some Services do in Hanoi. If You want the joob done profesionally this is the place!

Such a genuine human!

Went there coz our sneakers got terribly wet at Bana hills and were smelling badly. He gave us a good deal for 2 pairs of sneakers and had them cleaned in just a day.

He didn't take money while collecting the sneakers even after cleaning them really well as he wasn't convinced that the smell issue was addressed. He added a lot of silica gel packets inside each shoe and packed them in proper zip lock bags to make sure we don't have an issue while carrying them back.

I haven't come across many such people in my life.

Being a tourist there, it was even more surprising but a happy experience.
