Lam was amazing. Really thorough and listened to our hair cut requests . Good English speaking hairdressers. I have curly hair and he cut it really well. We have been travelling for nearly 6 months so we really needed a tidy up! Amazing hair wash and head massage to start. Efficient, clean and kind. Recommend !

The staff was super friendly, the hair cut was amazing and my hair is so soft now after getting their hair treatment. Hair cut including washing and blow drying was just 300k, which is much cheaper than the other more touristy hair dressers in Hanoi. The staff spoke enough English to consult me with the hair cut style and the different types of hair treatments they were offering, which was very helpful. Overall very nice people working there. Highly recommend :)

I arrived in Hanoi on New Year's Eve and I wanted to get my hair done for that night so I went to this place, and I was very happy with the result and the overall experience.
First, I asked for a quote. I paid 770000 for dying the roots of my hair, washing with massage, blow dry and straighten it. They asked me to come back one hour later.
Once I was back, they started as I arrived. They work super fast and are super professional!

The best gel manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! Absolutely amazing. I wish they were based in London so I could go monthly! Thank you so much ! The pic is a week after my nails were done and you can see how they still have no chips and looks fresh.

Best hair cut of my life. I was a little nervous because I have a tricky hair type - thick and curly - but the stylists did a great job. Thorough consultation and really nice head massage.

I wanted my hair colouring, without notice, in Hanoi on a busy Saturday afternoon and found this hairdresser based on a Google search. They were so kind and welcoming - and had enough English for me to communicate and discuss what I wanted. They offered very good customer care throughout and it was a very positive experience; also superb value at 500 vnd for root colour with shampoo, head massage, blow dry and other nice touches like proffered tea, biscuit, wifi and phone-charging. They stocked the same shades for my dark blond/ash hair that I use in uk. The root colour wasn't perhaps blended in to the lengths quite as well as I would have liked in this occasion, but I would happily use this hairdresser again (and explain better about blending in the colour next time). Their attitude and service was 5 star though.

We came a bit late (after 7:30pm; try and come before then) and they were accommodating to my friend and I.
Great wash and head massage.
I had Quy and he was very gentle with my hair as requested.
I recommend this place and would come back again :)

Amazing experience. Paid 490k for wash, cut and style and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I have insanely thick, frizzy, coarse hair and they tamed it so well. Thank you ❤

Absolutely amazing wash and head massage. I would have paid 300.000 VND just for that, but the price also included a cut and style for my curly, frizzy hair. The young men blow drying my hair deserve a medal - they were able to get my hair straight on a day with 100% humidity. Highly recommend this place!

As a curly-hair person, I’ve been living in Hanoi for almost 4 years. This is by far the best hair salon I’ve every been to. They use high quality products and very careful about what I need.

Was passing this salon and it looked both busy and clean. Asked for a root colour and couldn’t be happier with colour and blow dry Quy did. We used google translate & pics and would highly recommend. I even had hair extensions so missed out on head massage but that was ok! Thank you Quy.

My sister and I both asked for a haircut and got a head massage, hair washing ans styling inclusive. We both love the results! The staff was really friendly and supportiv. The products are good.

I came in as a walk in and was helped very quickly. For a shampoo, cut, and style I only paid $13 USD. My hair has never been scrubbed so clean! The shop owner spoke English and so did the staff. Highly recommend!

I loved it! My hair is short and curly at the top and I needed it cut a little shorter and overall more even with the rest of it and they did a great job! My scalp hasn’t been this clean and pampered in a while 😂

I’m from the UK and I had my hair washed, cut and blow dried at this place and it’s amazing. Best hair wash I’ve ever had, they even massaged my neck & the hairdresser spoke English and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut! Highly recommend this place if you’re in Hanoi!!!

Very nice relaxing time (hair wash, head massage, nice music, hot coup of water). Everyone was nice and professional, the hair dresser spoke well english and discussed the hair cut with me. They didn't rush anything and made sure I liked the result.
