Chio Hotel and Apartment

The hotel owner was very friendly and kind. He picked us up at the airport in the middle of the night (7USD). Our room was upgraded for free to a more spacious one. But most of all, the service was great! He helped us to get a Vietnamese SIM card and helped us solving issues with our bus to Ha Giang. Thank you very much!

Stayed here during a layover: close to the airport, great service, and the room was just what we needed. We checked in late evening and they were super friendly - they even got us back to the airport safely early the next morning. Would recommend.

Had a really good stay for one night right before I unfortunately had to leave Vietnam through the Airport. Very kind and helpful staff! Everything is very clean, restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for one night coming back from Saigon, to catch a plane the next morning from Hanoi home to San Francisco. The location is a 7 minute drive to the airport on uncrowded roads, and the hotel offers a very reasonable pick up service. They also have a free breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and modern, and we slept well. Most of the staff speaks English, "Quin", the driver, speaks English very well.

Great location if you are coming from or going to the airport. Room was as expected. They had lots of English channels on the TV. The shower had a rain-style showerhead! The breakfast was great with eggs, toast, coffee, tea and so much fruit. The best part was it started at 6am. The staff was friendly and spoke english. Shuttle to the airport is 120k dong or 5 USD. It's a little expensive for a 5 minute ride, considering a taxi from Hanoi to the airport is only 350- 400k dong and about 30 mins.

We stayed just the night to catch an early flight next morning. The hotel is close to the airport and they provide an airport drop-off service. We used it and it was nice. The room was well equipped and clean, the TV had 3 English channels showing movies.

I rented a room for 5 on the last day of the trip. It cost about 56USD per night. Just about a 2 min drive to the airport and its surrounding has many shops. They provide taxi services at 5USD per ride. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Recomemended for the last day of your trip in Vitenam.

Overall great, exactly what you need right before flying

Good place to stay if you need to be near the airport, they picked me up and took me back to the airport. The room was clean and shower was excellent. The place has only a few local places to eat, which was fine.

We were at Chio hotel just for one night as we are waiting for a flight to Bangkok. We requested a free pick up service and they had someone there with our names waiting for us. Nice room, friendly staffs.

Its close to the airport, so for 1 night stop over in hanoi it is oke. Airport shuttle survice is good, the staf is friendly and breakfast is good.
