New Airport Hotel

We haven’t stayed in a three-star hotel before (usually only go 5-star) but we chose this as a one night bed and shower option in Hanoi as it’s close to the airport and we arrived late and had and early flight to catch next day. We stayed in room 502 which had a very firm comfy large bed, clean, quiet, and great air conditioning. Although the decor is extremely quaint and old, the room is spacious, clean, and quiet so it was fine for us for the night. The staff is friendly and warm, and the taxi service was confirmed via what’s app with us which made the airport transfer very easy.

The place was really nice and everyone was so accommodating. Even though we stayed here most of the time to sleep but it feels like home whenever we come from our trips. Location is near from the airport and really convenient for staying short days in Ha Noi. They even gave me a cup of coffee and banana before I checked out. Amazing team. 🙏

I love this hotel so much! Ive stayed here twice while visiting from California in the United States. I come back here because the rooms are clean and the people who work here and so nice! They help with everything and make you such a delicious breakfast of eggs toast jam and coffee. You can't beat how loving they are here! Definitely a perfect place to stay

Stayed at the New Airport Hotel and had a great experience. The front desk person is incredibly pleasant and helpful. They are a great addition to my Hanoi visit.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel, which was conveniently located near the airport. The owner Mr Tommy was very welcoming and even picked us up from the airport. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the bed was also very comfortable. They even gave us breakfast which was delicious. The hotel felt safe and staff were extremely attentive. Would highly reccomend.

I booked this hotel so I could sleep immediately after my flight. The service was great and the room was clean. They picked me up from the airport at midnight and everything went smoothly. I felt safe here.

My friends and I wanted a hotel close to the airport for a morning flight. I found this little gem and am delighted with it. First and foremost, the customer service is fantastic. Tommie, the owner, greeted us and couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged transport to the airport for the next morning and recommended the best time to leave to some on time. I would rate them a 10+ in service if I could!
We were hungry and asked about restaurants nearby. He showed us where to go (walking distance) and said we would find lots of restaurants, which we did. It was just a few minutes' walk, and the restaurants were local and authentic food. And the food was delicious. Walking there and back at night felt very safe.
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was delicious.
If you need a place to stay near the airport, this is the place to stay!

Great little Hotel and staff are so helpful. They kindly started breakfast for us at 6am as we had to leave at 6:30 for the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location for the airport and only a 45 min taxi ride from the old town. I would stay here again! Thank you :)

The owner Tommy is very kind, helpful, and incredibly hard working. He made everything a breeze. They accidentally overbooked the room I ordered so I was upgraded for a small fee to a big double bed which I was fine with. Tommy drove me to the airport himself, made a free breakfast that fit my schedule and helped me the whole way. I recommend this spot if you need a reasonable but clean hotel next to the airport.

The first thing you notice when you arrive at this hotel would be the welcoming hosts, the hospitality, and the kindness they share to make you feel comfortable.
They offer you help with transportation, the pricing in Vietnam, some tips and recommendations, a bottle of water, and a cup of local tea.

The room is very spacious and clean. Although the bedding is very light, the weather is not cold and the air-conditioning works perfectly fine.
Just across the hotel, there is a local street market with some restaurants and picturistic scenery- that you should stop by and enjoy, for the first timers- don't be shocked by the cows crossing the street^^

The other great advantage is the distance from the airport- for long layovers in Hanoi, this is a great option to both enjoy Hanoi and be close to the airport!
Also, the hotel can help you with transportation according to your next flights and they know best!

My stay was great! Room was air conditioned and comfortable. Attendants were very helpful. Helped me set up a taxi and gave me a good deal. Tommy was especially helpful in the morning and made me a nice breakfast. Great place to stay if close to the airport.

Very good stay, hotel is clean and quiet. Close distance from the airport. Our flight arrived very late and we checked in around 11:30 pm on Jan 23 ( the week of New Year celebration here ) without problems. Tommy was very helpful, prepared us a breakfast in the morning and even gave us lucky money for the New Year. Very good start of our Vietnam adventure. Thank you Tommy. Very good option for sending some time before/after your flight. We needed a place between 5 am and 2 pm and the sleeping pods at the airport were full, we called and they picked us up immediately and welcomed with a hot tea. Very kind and good service, and everything went well. Not at the airport but takes a few minutes by car to get there. Thanks!

Just completed one night and entirely satisfied. The proximity to airport was excellent, the room clean, well equipped and comfortable. But the highlight was Tommy who made the stay great. He was friendly, helpful in every way including getting me the great tea they serve, and fetching my tasty meal for my room when Uber drivers were busy. The property is still being upgraded but I was happy with amenities and excellent service. While the street noise didn't bother me, I would suggest a room in the back. He is soon to get double glass for noise which will benefit the forward nice rooms. I didn't have breakfast but ive heard it's good. He arranged private transport to airport with very courteous driver. All good and Tommy outstanding host! I'll stay again.

The perfect stay before departing for your next destination. Tommy the owner was so helpful with our entire stay that we extended our stay in the area to a week so we could see the rest of Hanoi. Grabs were reasonably priced from his hotel so we could avoid staying in the city, which is a bit too busy for our liking.

Tommy was FANTASTIC. I was late coming in from the airport and didn’t have a hotel. A lovely lady I met on the plane asked if he had a spare room. He let me check in to a great room, comfy bed, AC without paying as it was too late to check in. Free bottled water in the room and ask for more if you need.
Tommy was so extremely kind and accommodating - this is my first time to Vietnam.
10/10 recommend.

A very cosy and homely place to stay when you are in Hanoi. It is very close to the airport so its very very convenient. Tommy is very sweet and the most friendly and kind person I came across in Hanoi. Its very budget friendly so you get a great service in very less money. A must try stay when you are near airport and come to visit Hanoi. There are great tour options available here for you to choose as well.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Tommy has amazing customer service. My flight was delayed until late night. Also I met another girl on the plane who didn’t have a hotel. When Tommy picked me up from airport we asked him if he could help her with a room and he said yes! He brought us back to the hotel and gave her a room too. She seemed very relived. Amazing customer service! Breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly, accommodating and very nice. He helped me to get to Old Quarter in the morning. 5 stars to New Airport and hotel!

The hotel is located very close to the airport and is perfect for anyone who is in transit via Hanoi. Tommy and David from the hotel's staff were extremely nice and warm to us. They even drove us to the airport for our early morning flight. Our room was very spacious, neat and tidy. And the service is great too. New Airport Hotel has my highest recommendation!

We arrived here late in the evening and Tommy the owner was so accommodating! He offered us free water and coffee on arrival and was so helpful with getting our taxi booked for our flight the next morning. The room was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in in Hanoi and the facilities were everything we could have hoped for. Tommy made our last night in Hanoi one to remember the kindness of the Vietnamese people. I recommend this Hostel/hotel to anyone arriving or leaving Hanoi!
