The staff was so helpful, especially with coming in late and leaving early. It was super easy to get them to book a shuttle to go to the airport. The staff really made the place along with the comfy beds. And ideal place to stay for anyone coming in, or leaving for the airport!

Only a five minute drive from airport.
Staff was there to receive us in the early morning with breakfast and answering all questions we had apon arrival.
Dung and staff were so very helpful in arranging transportation for us. Such ease to enter a new country for the first time. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Thank you for the great stay💛

I paid $22 usd for a private room that had a good shower and bed. The blanket was actually a blanket for once (everywhere else they just use a thin sheet) and the AC worked really well. The front desk was manned by two men who were really nice and one made me breakfast (even when I had a super early morning flight) and the one who checked me in was very kind and let me pay what I could for the airport shuttle. Room is very clean.

In the morning I rode with two other hotel guests, even though I thought it was a private car for me? Seemed a little pricey for 300k Dong to be in one ten minute ride to the airport. Maybe it was for the assurance that there would be a ride in the morning, but at this point I’m happy I got here on time.

The Hostel was nothing short of a great stay! Very convenient location, close to Hanoi airport. Great for late night/early morning flight. Upon arrival the night staff was very accommodating. Immediately asked if I needed anything after coming in from a rainy night. I asked if they had laundry service and that I needed it done by tomorrow morning. The night staff accepted my request with no issues. The dorm rooms were clean, air conditioned, comfortable beds, curtains for privacy, clean bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was offered as well, eggs, bread, and fruit. Would 100% stay again and recommend for others if have early morning/late night flights. Thank you to the manager Dung for the great hospitality and service!

Really nice hostel, super friendly staff, gave us a taxi into the city and matched our discounted Grab taxi's price, also provided us with a nice simcard which saves us the hassle of finding one in the city on overpaying at the airport. Also the best shower I've had in Asia in two months!

I got into Hanoi on a late flight. I was a bit disoriented when I arrived in the city. Hanoi Airport Suites was able to quickly arrange a car and driver, even though I hadn't prearranged one. It saved me from dealing with taxis and scammers offering private cars at the airport.

The hotel was a short drive away. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and had amazing AC! The front desk clerk tried to help me setup a local sim. Even though it didn't end up working, he definitely put in genuine effort.

I was staying at a different location the next day. The clerk was able to arrange another driver for me, to take me to my next location. Prices for both rides were very reasonable. Less than half what taxis were asking for.

The hotel even provides a simple breakfast (fruits, fried eggs, toast, and coffee).

Room is clean with stand shower not bath tub which can be hazardous for seniors. Staff is very helpful & can speak English proficiently which ensure clear communication.... Will definitely recommend it to my friends...

This place is much more than a transit stay. The staff was wonderful. Sahara at the front desk is an American studying Vietnamese. I could have stayed and chilled with her all day! She's been living here for several months so she filled me with fantastic travel tips and recommendations I'm excited to explore.

The other staff were very kind as well. I hung out after checkout to plan my next leg and one of them brought me coffee and a banana which I was very grateful for :)

The room itself was big, clean, safe, with great AC and lighting, and a clean and well stocked bathroom. I slept great with the exception of some early morning temporary construction nearby. It didn't last long and the room was so dark I was able to get back to sleep quickly.

The front desk was able to order me a taxi to my next hotel. I know they arrange for rides to the airport as well. Truly a great vibe here!

Very nice stay in this hostel, everything you need after a long flight. They arrange pick up for a small amount of money and breakfast is included. Very friendly staff, a good start of a trip in Vietnam!

It was nice & close to the airport so that was great for a first night in vietnam. The air conditioning was lovely and the staff were all very kind. Breakfast was really good and yeah no complaints about this place.

Great place to stay if you are coming or going from the Hanoi airport. Sahara is ready to help and give advice on places to visit in Vietnam. Highly recommend

We stayed here for one night while in between flights and the hotel and the whole staff were so great and kind ! They picked us up from the airport, exchanged our money and gave us a SIM card all at the hotel for a good price. The room was cozy and clean and they had coffee and snacks and water for us & a hot shower. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner and made a delicious breakfast for us and gave us a ride to the airport this morning. Would definitely recommend staying here ! Also they are letting us store our surf board bags for 2 weeks while we travel around. Thank you guys for a Great experience!!

If you need a place to crash after a late night flight this is the perfect place, the room and bathroom was spacious and had everything you need. Great Value for Money.

Summary: I can’t say enough about the service here! Our room was very nice as well. I’d recommend this place to any of my friends/family traveling through Hanoi.

My partner and I arrived here after a long day of traveling from Cat Ba to Hanoi with food poisoning. We were both extremely sick all day but had to make our way to Hanoi to catch a flight the next morning. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady at reception (I didn’t catch her name) immediately noticed something was wrong and proceeded to give us medicine and tea.

When we got into the room, my partner realized he lost his phone. We used find my iPhone to see that it was still in the Grab and that the Grab driver had gone to the airport. A very helpful man at the hotel organized getting his phone back and actually sent someone out on a bike to retrieve it for him. We got the phone back within the hour. I can’t believe how helpful the staff was here, they went way above and beyond!!

The room was probably the nicest place we stayed in during our entire trip. Very clean, spacious, nice bed. I would absolutely recommend if this hostel/hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport. There is airplane noise every hour or so considering the proximity to the airport. I slept fine with a pair of ear plugs (apart from still getting over food poisoning).

Edit: after reading some of the other reviews, I will echo what another traveller said about the boss(?) asking me to review the hotel. The man did ask to see my phone and pulled up the hotel on Google Maps. He asked me to please leave a review and seemed a bit flustered when I said I would do it in the airport. I didn’t find the interaction that strange, but I was with a partner and wasn’t waiting on this man to start the car before leaving (from another review). I know how important these reviews are for businesses so I’m happy to leave one, especially since we did receive truly wonderful service. I hope that the method of asking for reviews remains friendly in the future!

Its like I’m staying in the 1st class hotel.. its very clean place, close to airport! One more thing is, the owner hands down very accommodating, very friendly, he always makes sure we are comfortable with our stay! :) everything is complete from tours, transportation, money changer , free breakfast! It was absolutely an amazing stay! ❤ 5/5! Could not ask for more!

This is a great place to stay before a flight! Big beds, super nice and spacious bathroom, and a super kind staff. The front desk man arranged a private car to the airport for our early flight, and even made us a quick breakfast before we left at 6:30 in the morning! A quick stop but very enjoyable :)

Had a wonderful stay here. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was also very nice. Everything is clean. Dunz was very kind and accommodating to me offering me breakfast before my flight which was incredibly nice of him. Hotel is only 7 minute drive from the airport which is super convenient. There is a restaurant that’s about 5 minute walk away and they have many options for food.

I had a flight at 6 a.m. that’s why I chose to stay in this hostel and it was on of the best decisions i made why traveling. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very spacious and I even got a free towel. They organised me a cheap transfer from the hostel to the airport which worked perfectly. The hosts & the lady working at the reception made me feel like home and the atmosphere was awesome. I even got invented for dinner and loved every minute there. I would recommend it to everyone out there.
