New Sky Airport Hotel

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent features. With a convenient 2.4 km distance from the airport, the hotel provides easy access to airport transfers. The staff is exceptionally friendly and proficient in English. The hotel boasts complete and clean facilities, and the added convenience of Visa Card payments. Additionally, the WiFi access is reliable and hassle-free.

excellent if you're travelling solo! safe and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. I am a solo female traveller who arrived at the airport at midnight - WhatsApp contact with hotel is efficient and safe! in the morning, ask where to go for breakfast and you will be guided to a local cafe serving bun cha! 40k breakfast a few metres away. very good!

The staff are courteous and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place is. Nice interiors and rooms with a modern elevator as well.

Room are tidy, bathroom clean, and although our room was snug, it could technically sleep up to 4pax. The staff arranged for airport transit for us very early the next morning for 80k, which was very helpful.

Only minor area for improvement is that the wifi could be better - although they do try based on the number of wifi repeaters all around.

Clean room. The airport shuttle 80,000 / one way. It takes only 5 minutes. Good for transit.

Best hotel near airport. Reasonable price. No hassle as they also provide transportation any time of the day. There's also a local shop nearby where you can buy local snacks with a very cheap price. Highly recommended 👍

It's a nice place, nice staff and very clean rooms. But in location point of view it's not very convenient. It's too far from airport to be an airport hotel, but too far from the city as well 😕
If location is not a problem it's a very good choice.

Ms. Han is very patiently responding to all my questions and update my location until my arrival time she monitored tru Whattsup and it makes me feel secured.
The room, the bed, the toilet was amazing. This is highly recommended if you wer travelling to Hanoi and close to airport.
I stay for 2 nights before my international flight and the price is reasonable with perfect amenities, lift, wifi, the hotel looks spacious and .clean

The lady running the hotel is super kind and helpful. I needed a rapid COVID test and she helped arrange everything last minute, made a bunch of phone calls, helped print out documents and make phone calls to make arrangements. Location right next to airport, they also have free electric scooters to use. Highly recommend. Great for price.

stayed 1night for transit. The room was quite large and very clean. The staffs are nice too. Highly recommended

Brilliant hotel, taxi pick up service from airport is great. One of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! Good AC and fan, hot water, super clean and lovely staff. I have already booked again. Thank you!

Amazing value for the price! The room was clean, with free water, a fridge, TV, a fan, AC, bathroom ammenities, and clean towels and sheets. The owner was very welcoming and accomidating, i highly recommend if you are near the airport, or want a cheep hotel fairly close to the city, thanks!

Outstanding services, extremely friendly. I booked the room and the hotel called me to confirm my booking and asked me if I need the pickup at the airport from them. After saying yes he come to picked us up at the airport and he was very friendly. Especially, when I said that I need to go to Bac Giang province, he very quickly told me that he will help me to find the vehicle with the reasonable price. I was so suprised with his recommendation and very quickly I can have a car with the best service. Love this hotel so much. I wish I can rate 10 star for this place. 5 stars for what it is: a AUD$19 per night airport hotel. Operators are a friendly family who live on premises. Organise with them *in advance* an airport pickup for 70,000VND. Taxi driver will try charge you 300,000VND to drive from airport to hotel. Grab driver won’t drive you to hotel
