Really can't fault Paragon with it costing what it does and its convenience in proximity to the airport. The food from the kitchen was nice, the room has exactly what you need, and the 5 minute ride/drive to thr airport is perfect. The cleaning lady sparked up an interesting conversation about her journey to Buddhism and becoming a Monk, which I thoroughly enjoyed, so that was a pleasant surprise, very friendly lady.

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The surroundings are the opposite. But the hotel is in the walking distance from the airport. It took us 5 minutes by taxi to get there. It’s going to cost you 100K-150K local money. The hotel has good breakfast and a rooftop pool, nothing fancy but it looked clean. Wi-fi worked fine. I rated service 4 stars because when my crazy outback neighbors decided to keep their door open and beeping, nobody told them it’s not okay. The door starts beeping loud if it’s open. This is the only complaint from me. I had to walk outside the room and close their door twice because it’s pretty loud. The hotel is actually very quiet. We got what we wanted for a comfortable layover in Hanoi. There is a small convenience store downstairs and some restaurants within 5 min walk from the hotel.

Very close to the airport. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great stay if you have an early morning flight.

The family room was clean, spacious with good AC. It has enough beds to sleep 4-5.

Great place to stay right by Hanoi International Airport. 5 min taxi drive from terminal. Pool on the roof is fantastic!

Reliable airport hotel! Have stayed here twice - breakfast is good, room is clean, staff can arrange easy airport transfer for you. Staff don’t speak much English but I used google translate to ask a few things and it worked fine. I left a suitcase here for about a week while I was in Sa Pa and had no issues with them storing it.

Only complaint is that the rooms aren’t very soundproofed. It’s an airport hotel, so people will be in the hallways at all hours and you’ll hear all of it.

Highly recommend for a near airport stay. This hotel is just off the main road, so there is very little noise. The rooms are quiet, spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean! Beds and pillows are also very comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel to catch an early flight the following day. 5 min ride to airport. Room was clean and comes with all the required amenities for an affordable price. Bed was cozy. TV had multiple international channels. Hotel staff responded quickly to queries.

Lovely. Clean, room is nice. Restaurant good - the local food around here is really bad. Friendly staff and big pool on the roof. A couple minutes from the airport. There's plenty of hotels around here but this is the best. Highly recommend.

Room is comfy, really close to airport, hotel shuttle can be book in advance with reception, pho at the restaurant downstair is not bad.

Very clean and comfortable room in a good location if you've a flight to catch from Noi Bai. Ms. Qiang on the front desk was very helpful and even kind enough to upgrade my room for free so I could enjoy my final night in Vietnam.

Great location if you have an early morning flight from Noi Bai airport, 5mins drive away, the hotel offers shuttle service for a small fee. Very clean. Nice staff :)

I had issues with exit visa and missed my evening flight, I was highly stressed and upset and just needed a nice quiet room for the night before tackling immigration and re doing covid travel permits early the next morning- I called the hotel and Brian promptly collected me and took me to the hotel- he arranged a car to take me to immigration then back to airport at reasonable price- he was genuine and lovely, speaks great english. The room was well maintained, clean and comfortable, it was dark and quiet to sleep and the bed and bedding were amazing! Exactly what I needed in that extremely stressful moment. Highly recommend!

Six hour drive with Mr Win from SaPa, back to Noi Bai (airport superb). No point traveling right back into Hanoi proper. I needed a one night stay close to the airport ready for my 7am flight to the ancient city of Hue and a full day tour there tomorrow. I found this great small hotel, so close to the airport you could spit and hit a pilot in the eye, but still I can’t hear a single plane. I need to leave here at 5:30am though 😱 - ‘Brian’ opened his hotel in 2020 and has been suffering through the Covid travel depression ever since, but has now clawed his way back to 40% occupancy. It’s well equipped, clean, even has a pool on the roof and a small restaurant and he rustled me up a tasty meal at the end of a long day., including a bottle of Vietnamese red that was way better than expected. He endured my several schedule changes with grace & without a word of complaint and gave me a typically warm Vietnamese welcome. Go and see him sometime, he and his family deserve our support. I’m totally rooted (not that way!) and it’s off to bed. Goodnight Vietnam 🇻🇳 , see you in the Morning.

Very friendly staff helped me with covid-test and transport to testing place. They have transport from and to airport, which is worth very much since there is no taxi during lockdown. Meny is not so large but meals are fresh and very good. Nice, clean rooms with free internet and pool on the rooftop. Price for room, meals very affordable.
