So your in Hanoi and you want a Givi box for any scooter, small or big bike, your probably thinking going to a smaller mc parts shop in Ha Noi will be cheaper or easier, no, just go to the real main dealer. All their product is real, first not second quality, and you don't have to worry about being scammed on price. They have a fitter in the shop who will fit for you included in the price (unless it's really complex I guess). They have lots of stock actually in stock and if like me your Vietnamese is not good, they can speak excellent English for you. Reccomend.

Cửa hàng mới nhưng trưng bày khá nhiều đồ như mũ bảo hiểm, thùng sau xe, áo mưa, balo... Có cả khu service chắc để lắp thùng cho khách.

The hours listed are wrong. They are not open on Saturday anymore. Only weekdays.
I updated the hours to reflect such change.
That way others don’t drive out of their way on Saturday to find out it is closed. You are welcome.

Wish I could rate their service, but two times I visited, the shop was open but there was no one there. Called the number, the staff said they close soon. In an hour. Which I believe should be more than enough time to install the box. Will probably have to find another place to buy a box from
