Stayed here last week for 2 nights to rest after all the traveling, went way beyond our expectations, the hotel is stunning and quiet, the food is amazing along with the staff and the spa was the ultimate end to it all.

Amaya Home Stay is such an amazing escape from busy and noisy Hanoi. My husband booked us a night to recharge before our next flight. The rooms are clean and equipped with details, loved the wood smell in our room. The staff is very nice and helpful. What I enjoyed most was the clean air and peaceful atmosphere, reminds me of cottages in Europe! Would recommend to any couple or family!

We came here with a big group of friends, it was a great weekend. We stayed in the Hill room and it was just beautiful with gorgeous views. The bed was so comfortable with the most luxurious bedding ever. The staff were super kind and very attentive all weekend. The facilities are amazing, we spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi which was so warm and perfect after a dip in the pool. Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway with your friends or a romantic break. Its also super kid friendly. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great to be out of city within an hour. Greeny and quite. My kids loved to have camp fire and zipline. Staffs are really kind. Restaurant menu we ordered was not quite we expected though.

I booked for 5 nights 6 days via Facebook messenger. Different rooms have different pricing
So be sure to ask them for recommendations based on your needs. Like if you want a balcony or a tub etcetera. Only 40 minute drive from Tay ho which with grab Is about 330 to 380k vnd. I took a private car for 400k vnd.

You need to fill in a covid declaration form before arrival and pay atleast 50 percent deposit in advance to reserve your room.

You can check In early or late based on availability. Check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm. I arrived at 11am and just left my bags with the concierge and relaxed at the pool until my room was ready.

Food menu in restaurant has more options than the pdf sent to you on messenger but they are flexible with certain orders. For example there's no fried rice or spring rolls on the menu but I was able to ask for them which was a wonderful surprise. So be sure to ask for some of your favourite vietnamese dishes and see if they have them.
What I enjoyed was the fact that you can just order through WhatsApp and there's immediate response. However if you do want to enjoy your lunch or dinner at a particular time, pre order it through WhatsApp as the waiting time is quite long if you order while seated.

I recommend you try the pork bbq ribs and the spring rolls.. Absolutely delicious!

I found the smoked chicken too hard and chewy and the steak was rubbery according to my best friend who had it.

There's a nice forest in the neighbourhood if you're looking to walk around. Just carry insect repellant as there's lots of mosquitos 🦟

Amaya, I would recommend that you issue a bill to every guest to sign after every meal to avoid billing mistakes. I was issued a bill that was unfair to the business as it was alot of things less than what I'd ordered. I think it would be sad to lose so much money from small mistakes.

Overall, it's a very relaxing and wonderful experience, helpful staff and clean rooms. I got room 7 which was perfect for a family of 4. Definitely coming back!

Truly incredible nature escape just outside of Hanoi, with the most hospitable host and staff, and five-star hotel level F&B. I’d recommend everyone to stay here for at least a weekend, will def come back!

Awesome Amaya Villa, they are great service in Soc Son, tasty foods and smiley staffs. Must stay here in your vacation nearby central.

Một số chi tiết cần cải thiện để tốt hơn nữa:
- Tel dịch vụ chăm sóc khách: phản hồi chậm
- Đồ ăn: chế biến chưa đúng tầm cỡ của ks
- Đồ uống: phòng 4 ng chỉ cung cấp 2 chai nước, chai thứ 3 trở đi charge tiền, làm tụt mood rất nhiều, từ nhà nghỉ người ta cũng còn cung cấp đủ nước uống. Cỡ resort thì cung cấp nước thoải mái, nước rất rẻ không đáng để khách mất vui như vậy!😢
Mình comment để mong muốn Amaya xứng đáng với tầm cỡ 5* của mình. Sẽ recommend cho bạn bè!

Khung cảnh đẹp, kiến trung châu âu, phòng ở sạch sẽ, nhà mình đi nghỉ cuối tuần thấy dễ chịu, nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự, đồ ăn theo phong cách châu âu cũng dễ ăn, quang cảnh xung quanh có thể đi chụp ảnh check in, nhiều góc chụp đẹp, bể bơi cho trẻ co vui đùa thoải mái. Yên tĩnh dễ chịu cho gia đình đi nghỉ.
