Delicious food 😋 and a very reasonable price 💯
They offer white and black/purple rice and side dishes that have sweet and savory side dishes as well as spinach soup. All of which were tasty and seemed healthy.

Excellent vegetarian food, with a very kind owner who was patient and helpful with me as a confused foreigner!
40,000 buffet lunch
Full of locals, it is at the end of the alley.
10/10 a wonderful place

As an aspiring vegan I found this place very appealing. The variety and taste of the food is great, the vegetables are fresh and the options are plenty. Also soups are available, some of which I could have made a meal of alone. You start with a scooping of brown/berry rice (generally) and then add as much as you want for less than $2. Just make sure you eat what you take, waste is unnecessary. The lady greeted me each time I came, she even brought the soup and soy sauce dip to me. We couldn't speak to each other but smiling, pointing and nodding worked fine. I have been here countless times and I will return should I be in Hanoi again. They offer a variety of proteins, peanuts, tofu, as well as fake meats.

Haha, this one was very hard to find. Situated at the end of little alley off the main street, no sign on the street, if some guy would not ask us ".....bla bla... Quan Chay..."- we would never find it. Small space with 4 tables was full, but emptied quick. The food was delicious. It was buffet style, 35k for a plate (rice (black or white), different sorts of vegan sides and a small plate of simple soup). I guess for new to the theme of "hole in the wall" eateries it could be a bit intimidating experience, but for us it was fantastic!

The best veg/vegan food in Hanoi. Zero english is spoken, but you get a plate for 35k and one trip to the buffet. The food is simply delicious.

It is down an alley which puts off many tourists, but I've found a large number of great restaurants are in the middle of small alleys.

35k for a veggie buffet in a tiny restaurant down an alley way. The owner piled my plate with food- highlight was something that looked like a chicken drumstick with lemongrass as the ‘bone’- could have eaten a plate of just these! My food wasn’t exactly hot but you can’t complain for the price.

Very basic vegetarian buffet restaurant but the food is great. The spring rolls are delicious!
Not easy to find, you’ll have to go in a very narrow alley and the small restaurant is at the end. The lady doesn’t speak English but is super friendly.

Best vegan place in town. It's a humble place, really local runned by a lovely lady who will treat you like family. She cooks every food by herself everyday and it's delicious. For 35k you can eat as much as you want and at the end you event get fruit desert. Amazing!

We were waved in from the street and greeted by super friendly people eating there aswell as the elderly chef of the place.

The food is everything you hope for when on the lookout for a great veggy buffet!

I highly recommend this place! It's hard to find but when you reach the google maps location, just go straight down the little alley and the will wave you through:D

40k for a plate from the vegetarian buffet. a lot of choices: different fried vegetables, mushrooms and a lot of vegetarian dishes inspired by local meat dishes. you will get not the traditional white rice but nutrious violet sticky rice. :)

A lovely little vegan spot!! Really good food, huge selection of dishes, a really friendly owner who kept trying to feed me more and more :D It's a buffet place so you can have as much food as you like. The lady said during non COVID times she had even more dishes, fruits for after the meal and juices also!! You walk through a little alley with some other food stalls near the front to get to the vegan place. Would really recommend this!!! It's 35,000VND (1.50 USD).

Great deal, super filling, yummy selection, and some fruit too! I'm not vegetarian but I greatly enjoyed it and the selection. The spring rolls were crispy and the faux meat was spot on!! Only 35k per person for all you can eat. It's super hot outside so I was sweating a ton during the meal, but I wasn't too bothered. We plan on coming again tomorrow!

A tiny and very basic place. It looks like the lady cooks for her family and makes it a business too just to earn enough to pay back for food to feed the family. It's a buffet for only VND35,000 (less than $2). She's so kind and sweet. The restaurant is inside, not the one we can see from the main street. From the front, it may look like it's close, but give it a chance! Just walk in through the path and you'll see the small vegan restaurant in there.

We loved this vegan buffet so much that we ate here both days we were in Hanoi. The food is great (especially the lemongrass drumstick), the owner is so sweet, and it’s so cheap that we felt guilty paying it and left big tips each time. Highly recommend.

The sweet old lady who owns this place might be the nicest person ever. I came at 8pm and she kept apologising that there wasn't enough food, despite giving me a massive dish of brown rice, veggies, peanuts, tofu, soup then free banana and papaya. Plus coconut water. For 35k altogether! She was shocked and laughed when I showed her the 5 star reviews on google - she had no idea. Go here!

Excellent buffet-style lunch! 16 vegan vietnamese dishes and rice (sometimes wholegrain rice too), mix and match for about 35000-40000 VND. Tofu, faux meats, green vegetables, mushroom dishes, plus complimentary soup. Pick what you want. Healthy and tasty and a HUGE portion, like a mountain of food. I think the old woman offers this food as a service to Buddhists who are doing their bimonthly Vegetarian diet. I have come every day and this is the best place for authentic and tasty Vietnamese Vegetarian. It puts all the western vegan restaurants to shame.

Cheap, tasty vegan food, serve yourself basis - rice, tofu, vegetables, basic but good especially for 40k.
