It was a great trip. Well organized. Everything was as per the itinerary . We had a blast. Just a caution for Indians traveling by road to Cambodia from Vietnam. Try and do your visa 5 days in advance to have hassle free border crossing. All the best ERA agency and Mai.

The entire trip was fabulous very well organised by ERA Tours. The guides were informative and very helpful.. the experience at Halong Bay was wonderful.
Mai has been helpful and spent time with us.. those travelling to Cambodia preferably take the flight to avoid hassle at border crossing.. we had a wonderful time..😊

We loved the trip we took with Mai's outfit earlier this year. She and her team took care of every little detail and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the great cities of Vietnam. Her guides were immensely likeable and knowledgeable and they revealed to us the mystery and beauty of one of the world's oldest and most attractive cultures. The food was phenomenal and the people were warm and friendly. We will visit again and that's all down to the way in which Mai and her team introduced their country to us. I have no hesitation in recommending her tour company.

We have traveled with ERA twice. The first trip was only in Vietnam; the second included Siem Reap and the temples. Both trips were planned meticulously, from the moment we were met at the airport and to our goodbyes at the airport. The guides and drivers were excellent. Day to day plans were made together to suit our needs and timetable. restaurant suggestions were never to tourist places where the guides might get a kickback; we ate phenomenally well at reasonable costs. Ditto for shopping. At our recommendation, a number of our friends have traveled with ERA and everyone has been very satisfied.

Mai and her team are brilliant. Extremely hospitable and customer friendly they bring a personal touch to a well planned holiday itinerary that they customize and adapted to our needs.

Ms Hoang Thi Mai with all expertise, arranged a wonderful tour of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and also Cambodia for us. Delighted with all the arrangements made by her and her quick and responsive communication over email and Messenger. We were provided with very good guides, tasted some of the Vietnamese delicacies, visited Ha Long Bay (an awesome experience - a must visit). Explore Real Asia thru Ms Mai provided the most economical and reasonable hotel stays and even with their help managed a trip to Cambodia. All this in a period of 10 days!!

It was a cool relaxed holiday as everything was well taken care of.

A friend and I booked a tour we designed with Mai through email. We had limited time but some ideas of areas to see. Mai designed a most memorable tour starting in Hanoi, then Sapa, Halong Bay, Danang, Hoi An and Saigon and the Delta. Our guides and drivers were fabulous. The hotels were top rated with fresh flowers and good amenities. Our meals were delicious. We were able to kayak in Halong Bay, hike in Sapa, and bicycle in a few other places. It was one of the best tours I have ever taken. Everything went really well and I doubt that we could have seen or done more than we did. It was so much better than large tours traveling by bus. After this trip I am spoiled in how I travel.

We were two retired couples (in the sixties) travelling Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia for 3 weeks, all perfectly arranged by ERA. The triptook us from Vientiane to Luang Prabang with one days private trip on Mecong, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoy An, Saigon and Siem Reap. ERA took responsibility for all transport and a guide at every stop, as well as all lunch and dining places and hotels. It was excellent, precise and quality. It was a tailor made trip for just 4 people. I have travelled world wide with my job, - but this is one of my favorite regions, - friendly people, interesting history, nature and culture. ERA provided an experience we will never forget.
