Brought in a US$100 bill to exchange but they didn't accept it. Apparently it was dirty. It only had a scuff mark on top of the bill. They only want clean crisp notes. What a joke. Money is money! I complained and then she spoke in Vietnamese to her coworker, saying extremely rude things thinking I didn't understand.

Wouldn't exchange money as notes were "too old" even though they were crisp USD. Only giving 1 star as there's no option to give 0 stars.

Scam artists here, they tried to cheat extra 4% about the rate and when caught immediately corrected and played dumb. Cash person claimed herself to be the manager when I asked to talk to the manager. Avoid this place.
