Diamond Bay Hotel

Beautiful room. Stunning views. Absolutely amazing staff so friendly and professional. A smooth check-in/check-out process. One can pay more for early check in and late check out at minimal cost on agoda along with free breakfast. Great location right across from the sea and beach.

The hotel offers newspapers, conference rooms, and a restaurant on-site. It has elegant, spacious bedrooms that were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. A large T.V with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep. The hotel has a high staff to room ratio and a variety of staff members available at any time. Timely room service to cater to all your requirements.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options. They have the food laid out for ample time to allow for a lazy breakfast. All the dishes get replenished without fail, so you won't miss out on anything.

They provide slippers for beach. They have fitness and pool access.

Really impressed with all aspects of hotel. Rooms are great. Very clean. Great views. Staff very very helpful. Free afternoon tea. Incredible gym better than our own gyms in the UK. Easy to walk to main sights. Good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Comfortable bedding and room. Lovely view over the ocean 45° angle) and pretty decent buffet breakfast included. For what we paid, US $35/night, this was really a great stay. To call this a luxury hotel, however, is an extreme stretch. Just a very comfortable room and excellent experience, very moderately priced.

We had an incident involving a baby cot that collapsed on itself while our baby was inside it, causing our baby to be stuck suspended upside down for almost 30 seconds while we tried to free her.

This sounds like the beginning of a bad review, and we most certainly felt like it at that point but after relaying our disappointment and complaints to the front desk, we can say that we were satisfied with the response provided by the wonderful staff.

Special mention to duty manager: Jazzie who stepped up and ensured that our baby was not hurt. She brought us to the local hospital to see a doctor and provided us transport and translation services to ensure that our baby wasn't seriously injured by the incident. She also brought us to the local pharmacy to get some medicine for her.

She was very apologetic on behalf of the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of for the rest of the stay, including comping us a better room.

All in all, we didn't think much of the hotel itself but the response to this unexpected incident was a 5 star response.

Very convenient location, across the beach and next to shopping centre. Highly recommend the Coconut Massage place.

I stayed 2 days. It has a beautiful view of natrang beach. Authought it feels more get old style, and breakfast menu is not variety, internal view was fantastic and room is so broad.
This building is same building of natrang center , easy to use shops and very closed with Lottemart to shipping.
There is a living room and 2 bathrooms. I accommodate the suitroom.
Additionally I got a bad service of travel agency, but Hotel employee help to solve and help us. So I feel thanks and got good memory on here.
She's name is Caroline - front office supervisor . I kindly ask to hotel manager to give a big appleasure and prize to her. Her's service makes hotel more popular and gets a reputation.
I say thanks again and if I have a chance to visit natrang, I wish to accommodate again here.

Excellent hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast. Location is perfect at the border of the city centre. Service staff is nice but someone's English is not as desired. I will come back

The hotel is located in the central area, convenient and clean. in addition, we can enjoy gym time with Cali Fotness and Yoga center which is located on level 4 of the building.
Even though it was a busy period during the lunar new year but appreciate their help. Thanks to Lê Hiền (sales), Trung Luân + Nhi + My (FO), Linh (manager), and Toàn (belt staff) for helping and supporting us during our stay.
Hope to have a chance back to Nha Trang city again.

The only problem is no hot water for the bathtub, only light warm. But the rest is good. Breakfast, view, service, and room are good.

Staff are friendly. Ordered beef pho, and it was really good! Their buffet dinner have a variety of choices. There is a small market beside the hotel where you can buy cheap cashew nuts.

Stayed here with the whole family. Hotel was just beautiful, staff was very helpful, this place was just great...except breakfast lots of choices of the same things...if that makes sense.

Love this hotel. Staff is always smile and not hesitate to help Inhouse guest and even outside guest. Reasonable price for 5 star local hotel.
