Alana Beach Hotel

Receptionist is welcoming and friendly. Free motorbike parking in the basement. Modern designed interior. Everything looks well kept and new. Elevator is scented with lemongrass. Room is clean. Has a decent gym and pool on the rooftop.

This is an excellent place to stay and I will most definitely stay there again on my next trip!! The hosts are so very nice. I am in my 3rd week in Vietnam and I happened to get food poisoning, they went to the store for me and got me some medicine and came back up to my room, helped me figure out the dosing and brought me an extra blanket so I would be comfortable as possible while letting it go it’s course. The owner even gave me a hug this morning as I left and wished me well. Top class service and a truly caring group of people!! ❤

Wonderful hotel and very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was modern, clean and serviced daily. Staff were very approachable and helpful with all questions. Just a short walk to the beach and complimentary beach daybeds and towels available for hotel guests. Rooftop bar and pool were great too. Certainly can recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Nha Trang near the beach and shopping mall.

Alana Nha Trang is a superb boutique hotel situated a block and a half from the beach.

I stayed in an upgraded partial ocean view room on the 9th floor.

The service at this hotel is discrete and anticipatory, in the tradition of the best hotels.

There are a lot of little details here that add up to an exceptional, "understated" kind of luxury hotel.

The dark stone, glass, and wood combination throughout the hotel is very precisely and consistently applied. Even the elevators are quiet and do not have an annoying dong.

The rooftop bar and pool is stunning. Among the better views I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

The breakfast at "Cinnamon" was always enjoyable, and the service delivered there by the staff was consistently exceptional.

This is a great hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel & staff are fantastic. I highly recommend a stay here. The view from the pool is spectacular, but there is another hotel being built in front so hopefully it does not impact too greatly on that in the future.
Regardless of the construction, the food is good & the staff at reception & on the front door are very lovely & helpful. Always a smile on their face & good advice regarding all questions asked.

Service was excellent and the staff super friendly. They attended to our needs and offered me and my friends another room when our room was being affected by the smell from construction in front of the hotel. A++.

Location is close to the beach which is a great plus and there are a few restaurants close by that the ALANA staff recommended which were pretty good. Massages felt great too and at a good price. Great experience overall, would definitely come back again!

Except there is no direct sea view, it is all good. Attentive staff, steam bath, jacuzzi available with rooftop bar and pool. Gym and massage also available. They allow you to bring your own food though you can have free buffet breakfast with ok food for a hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed. Good location

Pleasant hotel,friendly greetings by all the staff. Room 1840 is huge with all requirements including the most wonderful view in every direction. My advice is to hurry due to a new construction in front so maybe the view across the sea will vanish forever . A small balcony is always welcome.

Management and service was courteous, and staff are always polite and ready to help and point directions to nearby locations. We had a problem with our room about the smell from outside, but reception was quick and helped us secure another room the same night without any problems. Location is also close to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and nicely set out. The price is good and the staff friendly and helpful. They were very obliging about changes to the booking, swapping our dates over with no extra cost.

Hotel is great in all aspects except the shower /bath. Difficult to get in and out of and when having a shower water collects around the bath and drips onto the floor. Lovely big window next to the bath so everyone can look at you??

The location is superb, just a stone's throw away to the infamous Sailing Club! The hotel's gym, sauna, jacuzzi and herbal steam room is just magnificent. The in-house massage is very good and affordable too.

This is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. The staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are clean, mine had a wonderful view of Nha Trang. If I get the chance to go back, I will be staying at the Alana Hotel again.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, decent location only a couple blocks from the beach. Spa and gym and great as well. Good top pool a bit underwhelming but all around great stay.

Highly recommend!!!! The price is friendly even serve with a buffet breakfast!!! Don't even mention the view and environment. Definitely my top choice to stay in Nha Trang in the future.

Great hotel and location. Easy to to take to the beautiful clean beach. Save money and stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the staff was very wonderful.

The design of room is comfortable with luxury furniture. The breakfast buffet have a delicious táte.
