Hanoi Airport Hotel - Convenient & Friendly

The service is actually very nice. The staffs are very helpful and approachable. Kudos to them! I think the only con is that the room we're assigned to has a weak AC, thankfully, they have a fan to make it better. My boyfriend also loved the breakfast they prepared for him. 😁 Unfortunately, I couldn't try it since my flight was too early. Overall, I would still give it a 5.

I cannot imagine better hostel on our very first day in Hanoi ⭐ First of all, the communication was super good. We were offered a taxi to pick us up, which was very convenient, as we were landing around 10pm. The owner was waiting for us in front of the hostel to greet us. He gave us all information needed at this time and showed us the room to let us rest. The room was great, private with comfortable bed. In the morning we had a tasty breakfast. The owner is a super kind and helpful person 🙏🏻 Thank you so much!
In addition to our stay, we also booked a Ha Long Bay boat trip and we had an amazing time!

Had a really nice time here. The rooms are clean, the facilities are nice, and the receptionist is very very kind. Great place to stay if you are flying in late or flying out early

So happy we met Tobin! He was simply amazing. Took care of us through our our time here! Booked our trip to Halong Bay - our drivers throughout our time here including trip back to airport. (Breakfast and coffee)

Loved the room and although it was a dorm, it felt like sharing a suite. Very nice.

It's about a 40 min walk from the airport I got there at 1am and there was a guy at the counter who spoke english and showed me to my room easy staff are chill. There's a couple restaurants near by

literally the best hostel owner i’ve ever met. his spots clean and comfortable but it’s really the owner, tobin. dislocated my foot and he took me to the hospital and waited with me, translated, and after always trying to kick it and have a beer, and great conversation! i never do tours, always make my own way but i trusted him so we did his organized tour and it was literally seamless, never had to wait for more than a minute between events for a driver to arrive or anything and he always gave us the scoop on what to avoid and what we can’t miss. tobins the man!

Hanoi airport hostel was nothing short of a great stay! Very convenient location, close to Hanoi airport. Great for late night/early morning flight. Upon arrival the night staff was very accommodating. Immediately asked if I needed anything after coming in from a rainy night. I asked if they had laundry service and that I needed it done by tomorrow morning. The night staff accepted my request with no issues. The dorm rooms were clean, air conditioned, comfortable beds, curtains for privacy, clean bathrooms, etc. Breakfast was offered as well, eggs, bread, and fruit. Would 100% stay again and recommend for others if have early morning/late night flights. Thank you to the manager Dung for the great hospitality and service!

Great hostel, at 5 minutes from the airport.
The dorm beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, with a nice bathroom and shower with all necessary towels, soap, shampoo...
Good breakfast included also!
But overall the people working there are very welcoming, I was given help to find my way to the center and to make reservations!
Dung who works at the counter (on the photo with me and my bike) even lend me a bike pump and help me find bike parts online and made a few phone calls!

Lovely owners, room was very clean and comfy bed! Taxis all arranged at good prices. Would recommend staying here if you need an airport hotel!

Perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or late arrival. The hotel manager was lovely, we couldn't get any food due to places being closed for new years but he attempted to make us food and helped us out.
Towels provided, comfy beds and lovely bedding. Was happy to stay here

For 6.5 USD, that's a good place! ~4.5km from the airport exit (there seems to be another one with the same name, further away, be careful.) Room is like a hotel room, people are friendly, AC in the rooms, ... I didn't see the breakfast since I woke up too late. (Didn't ask for it.) And someone waited for me at the reception when I arrived at maybe 2 in the night.

It is my great honor to write a message here. I proudly introduce this hotel to you. They always tried their best and taught me a lot about how to go forward furiously. Watching an ambitious man like him would be a reason why we travel. Again, thank you for everything. I wish we will meet again.

Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right at the airport nearby and is open 24/7, The rooms are cozy and the air-conditioning works perfectly. They also serve great breakfast. The front desk staff speak very good English and can give you any information at any time. Interesting surprise.

Dung is very genuine he looked after me when I was having difficulties and was very patient I am forever greatful for his help. I recomend his hostel to every traveller the rooms a clean and cool great place to relax take the pressure off and have the comport of being at home.
