Sheraton Hai Phong

Reflecting on our recent three-day stay at the Sheraton Hotel during our Vietnam vacation, I can genuinely say that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. As an American chain, the Sheraton Hotel delivered the high standard we expected.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were warmly welcomed, and that level of hospitality continued throughout our stay. One standout aspect of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Nick at the reception desk. He truly went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel's modern design added to our overall experience, and it offers a breathtaking view. Our room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, providing a cozy retreat after our daily adventures. The pool, while not your typical relaxation pool, is designed more for sports and exercise, which was a unique and welcome feature.

The hotel's amenities, along with the variety of dining options, added to the overall positive experience. Our stay at the Sheraton Hotel enhanced our entire Vietnam trip, and if you're looking for a modern, and enjoyable stay with a breathtaking view in HaiPhong, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

1. Feature:
The property is located in the Vinhomes Imperia Metropolitan Area, near to local shopping mall and Cat Bi International Airport (6 miles, airport shuttle upon request)
It was Vinpearl Imperial and
converted to Marriott in year 2022 which makes me feel the remarkable change and improvement.

I am very satisfied with Executive Lounge, and especially the dedicated butlers, evening Hors D'oeuvres & cocktails are beyon my expectation.

The dining experiences with Harbor restaurant or Ye Ling Ling are wonderful. The space is clean, staffs are attentive and the menu is well organized with tasty cuisines.
Select rooms and Suites have good views over Hai Phong Harbor, and it is beautiful especially with sunset.

It has very good values for the room rates.
It has fine Executive lounge, fitness, swimming pool and spa.

The Vinpearl Golf Club or Sono Belle Golf Clubs are nearby (15-minute drive from Hotel) So, it is recommendable for all Golf Tour, holidays, staycation and for business.

The staffs are very friendly, attentive and professional as per the authentic Sheraton style upto my expectation.
From the check-in and to the check-out, the process is nice and smooth.
Special thanks to Mr. Joon Park, the General Manager and his staffs, Ms. Trang Le (Assist. Front Office Manager), Mr. Cristian Vera (F&B Director), Mr. Huy Nguyen (Assit. Director of Rooms) for their top notch service. I am deeply impressed for their quality standard. I really enjoy my stay in this esteemed property and can feel the pride of Marriott from them!

I am very satisfied with Executive Lounge, and especially the dedicated butlers, evening Hors D'oeuvres & cocktails are beyon my expectation.

The Lounge is noted for its excellent cuisine which differs everyday.
There are many kinds of dishes and alcholic beverages incl. cocktail, wine and whisky.
Especially, Korean cuisine like Kimchi fried rice, spicy fried pork, stew beef and rice cake soup are delectable.
Ramen cooked on the spot immediately after ordering is also a delicacy.

The staffs are very professional, friendly, attentive and fluent in foreign language incl. English and Korean (Ms. Leona)

It presents excellent wellnesss treatment at very moderate price.
I recommend the Vietnamese Traditional Body Treatment, 60 min at 600.000 VND and 90 min at 900.000.
The spa therapist is professional and the room is cozy and comfortable with good temperature and music that heals me.
Along with separate men's and women's lounges, there are steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi which are helpful for relaxation.

Simply beautiful rooms, very very clean, amazing views and lovely breakfast. The gym was very clean and the pool was warm and inviting. Ms Trang the front desk manager pictured here was very helpful and proactive, overall she provided the icing on the cake of a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here if i come to hai phong again

Centrally located in Hai Phong, this is the best hotel in the city and a decent overnight stay for your Halong Bay excursion.

Great service, most staff speaks good English and excellent treatment for Marriott Bonvoy elite members. Rooms are large although not designed to typical Sheraton design as it is a conversion from VinPearl.

I highly recommend this hotel if you travel for business reasons in this area. Rooms are big, the bed is very comfortable, and you have everything you need for your stay.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night however my experience was excellent. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by staff speaking in very good English. Check in was very efficient. I had booked an executive suite which was just wonderful. Good aircon, comfortable bed, block out curtains and very quiet. It took a while for hot water to come through however the bathroom was spacious and clean with both a bath and shower. Shower had both hand held and a rain shower which I love. The gym was amazing. Large with all the equipment you could possibly wish for and all in excellent condition. I only ate breakfast at the hotel which again was an excellent buffet with plenty of food options. When travelling in Asia finding a wonderful haven like this us like finding gold. Oh and they offer free high speed internet which was excellent. I thoroughly recommend.

Hi everybody, time which I spent in this object was really nice. Service in reception and in the restaurant was good. The food at the restaurants was taste and varied. I recommend this hotel !!!

Outstanding service. We were here only for one night and were treated like VIP’s. Hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast crew were accomodating with all our dietary needs. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very spacious and clean with great water pressure. Special mention to front reception staff Hung and Mai. They went out of their way to order dessert for us form an outside restaurant and got it delivered to our hotel room.
We look forward to coming back and spending more time in this lovely city Hai Phong.

My first time to stay overnight in Hai Phong. It seems located a bit of outskirts of the city, but the facility and the service are really good, of course because it's Sheraton. Even though I lost my gold elite status, I was fortunate to have my room upgraded. Executive suite in the high floors is really spacious and luxurious with great panoramic views of the city. Of course I have nothing to complain about the rooms and facilities. I didn't use any of restaurants or other facilities, staffs at reception were all friendly but attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My first stay here really was great. From arrival, check in process was swift and easy. The hotel is so modern, clean, well designed.
The room was really modern, offered great city views. I was upgraded to the suite which was fantastic. A welcome gift with snacks was also in my room for arrival.
The fitness centre was well equipped, modern. Both cardio and weights available, large spacious area.
Great indoor swimming pool.
Nice SPA facility with jacuzzi and sauna.
Lounge area was available for Titanium Elite members.
Great buffet breakfast available, with alot of variety.
Honestly no negatives to report from my stay, everything was simply amazing.

Excellent service. The room was modern, clean and equipped with everything as expected. The indoor pool a bit shallow (1.2m) but pleasant. Staff was always helpful.

The best hotel in the town as far as I know. only Marriott brand in Haiphong. Room condition was good and staffs were friendly. and a big shopping mall is in the same building, easy to access nearby good restaurants.
