If you want to buy anything in bulk, like cleaning products or daily goods, this is the place to do it. Expats in Haiphong, this is one of the only places to get cheese, heavy cream, whipping cream, and imported beef in this city. Not a good place to find spices, but a good selection of imported fruits and vegetables as well. Make sure to bring your own bags.

Great place to get extra things you can't usually get, sun-dried tomatoes ect.

It was Metro Cash and Carry some years ago. It is now owned by the Thai; therefore, Thai products are popular in the super market. Since the super market inherited the facilities, management system and staff from Metro Cash and Carry, there is nothing to complain about their services. U can buy daily stuff there with price of 10%-20% lower than outside.

Love this place! Cheaper than some places around, great selection! Pillows here are definitely better (think bigger, as in more like what a westerner might be used to and fuller).
