WOW! I’m a “lite” vegetarian but this restaurant would make me consider upping my vegetarianism to the next level. I have never had a better vegan meal in Vietnam or in any of my travels! Ambiance, staff, presentation are all top notch! Order 2 or 3 items per person in your group and all share, the three of us did this and we were able to try so many delicious item’s.

💲 Pricier compared to almost all eateries in Hanoi but definitely worth trying out at least once.
🥗 Never thought vegetarian food could be this delicious. We had a truffle risotto, mango spring roll, and a creamy soup in bread.
📍 Distinct entrance. Super easy to find and walkable if you're staying near the Old Quarter.
✨ High quality, artistic and clean facilities. The only con for us were the mosquitoes.
💁🏻‍♀ Service was fantastic as expected.
📶 And of course there was free WiFi available!

I am not vegetarian and never had a vegetarian meal making me wish to become a vegetarian. After visiting this restaurant I now wish I was a vegetarian!

This is BY FAR the best vegetarian restaurant I have ever been to. In fact it deserves a Michelin star! The decor is very nice and there are multiple rooms which allow parties to have their own space.

The food is extremely well dressed and super delicious. Since I have been there I have been recommending it to all my friends...

If you don't eat there while in Hanoï, you will have missed something great!

Such a lovely meal, it was so refreshing to have a vegetarian menu that was exciting and not the standard same things! We tried 6 dishes, my favourite being the seasonal vegetables in tomato sauce, cooked in a clay pot and the stuffed tofu dish!

We ordered 3 dishes to share: the mango and avocado spring rolls, pine nuts soup, and khau giang rice with truffle sauce. Absolutely delicious and fresh. We are not vegetarian, but could easily convert if we ate this every day.

The mango avocado spring rolls had really sweet mango flavours and balances with mint. A great light appetizer to start.

The star was definitely the rice with truffle sauce. It was creamy, strong with truffle flavours, with crunchy textures (I believe it was bamboo shoots).

Nice atmosphere. Really artistic and tasteful decor. Staff spoke English well. They take credit card payments.

This place is SO unbelievably good, the food is incredible, the service is so attentive. We had several dishes that were quite inventive, the staff helped us with how best to eat them. The drinks are so creative too.

Possibly one the BEST, if not the BEST vegetarian food you'll ever get in Hanoi!

It's not just the taste, but the visual presentation, atmosphere, and even the entrance decor will blow your mind and bring you tears of joy! I came here with a few friends and I could see them cry - in happiness! If you're a westerner, this place is a MUST to visit.

I can not recommend this place enough. The ambiance is amazing. A very cool, rustic, minimalist building with an innate charm. A robust menu of fresh, healthy vegetarian and vegan options from all Vietnam regions. Very nice waitstaff. Even the drinks are creative, I had salt and pepper lemonade. It will make the meat eater love vegetarian foods.

This is one of the nicest restaurants I've eaten in the city. I love my meat but didn't miss it one bit with some of these dishes, each one accompanied by a side sauce bursting with flavour. From the dark atmospheric decor, twisting stairs to 4 floors, quirky lighting, high quality menu booklets, knowledge staff and spacious layout of the tables, this was a wonderfully enjoyable meal.
Will definitely visit again.

Amazing ambience, delicious food and vegetarian. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner trying authentic Vietnamese dishes at Uu Dam Chay. Great hospitality and amazing staff. Portion size was big but dishes were not expensive. Must visit when in Hanoi. If only they could add Pho to their Menu soon

Great vegetarian restaurant with a huge selection of different meals. Incredible mushroom soup, sticky rice, salads and desserts, accompanied by very tasty cocktails and drinks. Great for sharing, with very friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere

Food is delicious and big serving especially the mushroom tufo with tomato sauce and basil. I highly recommend this dish. My favorite!

As a local Hanoian myself, my family and I have been going back and forth to this restaurant for years. One of the best vegan restaurants in Hanoi.
Every single dish is cooked with the best ingredients, high technique from chefs and lots of care. As a result, the food only looks like an artwork and but also tastes like fireworks on your palate.
Due to its concept: vegan fine dining, prices are quite high, yet compatible with the quality. Highly recommend this place if you’re into Vietnamese traditional vegan cuisine with modern touch.

I'm a vegetarian and was glad to see this vegetarian restaurant for lunch after a long walk and sight seeing.
The happiness transformed into pure joy on seeing the menu and tasting their food.
The menu is quite elaborate with vegetarian food options that were so unique. Being an Indian I was so pleasantly surprised to see these many veg options outside of India.
The food we felt was just the right quantity for two of us. And it was definitely of top notch quality.

It might get a bit on the expensive side but it is worth the price.
Service was great.
Ambience was overall very calming.

In our stay of two days at Hanoi we visited this restaurant twice. Looking forward to visiting it again whenever we are in Hanoi next time.
Hope to see this restaurant in India sometime. 😊

Great food, but service was okay. Definitely a must try if you are vegetarian or if you want to try well prepared high class vegetarian meals.

The presentation of dishes and the location/atmosphere definitely steal the show here, but the food was also really good. We had some interesting dishes that felt like different takes on local ingredients.

Very high quality and enjoyable menu, it’s a must visit. Excellent service and taste.

Overall a wonderful experience, delicous food, a wide range of cuisine to choose from, and very very friendly staff, although quite expensive. Definitely the best vegan restaurant in Hanoi. Even if you are not vegetarian/vegan, you should still go and try for the experience. An advice for those who are interested, try ordering a mix of green vegetables and carbohydrates (e.g. soup, salad, rice, veggie rolls, tempura, etc. for a balance meal), it is very easy to order too much carbs and feeling full half-way through the meal, I made that mistake the first time I ate here. All in all, highly recommended.
