Super friendly and helpful staff. Good food too! Also helped with taxi. Good WiFi all over.

Our first room had two beds and one bathroom. The shower made it very easy to get the entire bathroom wet. Also had a small eat in table. Our second room was a VIP room with one big bed and one bathroom. Bathroom was nicer in this room with different floor levels to help with flooding during showers.

Had bread, egg, cheese, and jam as one dish which was very good and filling. They also accommodated a vegetarian meal as noodle soup with vegetables. Also serve fresh Vietnamese coffee and orange juice.

It felt like home away from home. The staff were truly concerned for your needs and the food was excellent!

Must try the Vietnamese coffee.

amazing staff in a splendid brand new hotel with perfect sense of balance between tribe decoration and modern accommodations. And cheap by the way!! many precise advices about hill tribes life and discover from the staff, which mainly come from there.

Best hotel at central highland Kontum.

Every years my groups always go to Kontum for charity trip, and stay this hotel after hard work team.

Hotel is very nice and clean, many kind of room for groups and comfortable, silent and good service.

We have stayed in many different hotels in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. This is our very favorite. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. Food is available at a very reasonable price all day long.

High recommend for visit or travel kontum.
Good price for guests and u can explore the big brigde beside hotel.

Fantastic stay a couple of weeks ago. Rooms are very modern, spotlessly clean and have great A/C.
This hotel is about 5 mins in taxi from town but worth the distance for peace and quiet.

Great hotel. Stay here! It’s quiet, the staff are friendly, modern and it’s clean. Last night I stayed at a “4 star” hotel in another similar sized town and this is much much nicer! The air con is a good size and brand (Panasonic) so chills room very quickly. There is also a Panasonic ceiling fan which I used instead of air con once the room was cool, very quiet! Nice clean sheets and room. 45,000 dong to get to restaurants. It’s better to stay here and catch a taxi than stay in town. This is a beautiful little town with friendly and welcoming locals. Also - if this hotel or another one you stay at only has a quilt or doesn’t have a top bed sheet, you can say “Tôi muốn 1 cái ga giường. Trong phòng tôi không có cái nào cả.” to the counter, which says I want a top sheet my room doesn’t have one. Enjoy Vietnam !

This hotel has very nice rooms at a good price,but the best feature of it is the friendly and helpful staff. I've only had one meal so far ;fried prawn rolls,,which were delicious.

Clean, excellent AC, comfy mattress, and lots of space in the room. It’s about 2 km outside of town, so I’d definitely recommend taking a taxi rather than walking, especially at night.

We stayed here during an Easyrider tour from Dalat to Hoi An, and we loved it! The hotel is in a quiet place, next to a local village, so you can enjoy life in the early morning. Breakfast is good and cheap, although you can also buy banh mi in the street to local people.

The staff at Kongklor was very kind and helpful. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet space and a short drive to the center of town, Rong Houses, etc. Our room was nice and clean.

New beautiful room, reasonable price, quiet, just a little far from Central but it's not a problem if you have a motobike, Kon Tum city is a small town.
