Huy Hoan hotel

At first, we had some communication issues, English is not spoken by the receptionist. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had to book transportation during peak hours, and they were able to find a solution for us.

Nice experience. The most comfortable bed we have had in a while since traveling southeast Asia. Staff was attentive and helped us book a bus back to hanoi. Would recommend staying here for a comfortable night before or after the loop!

Super Friendly and helpful staffs ! Beautiful, spacious,clean room . Motorbike Available for rent . They provide free storage for our luggage & belongings while we drive to Dong Van . Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Huy Hoan Hotel !

Pretty good location. Really helpful and friendly staff. Great service, clean and nice city view. Rented motorbike from the hotel owner who provided guides and tips for my trip to the border districts. Will definitely repeat.

Very good hotel. We were affraid it will be expensive because it looks expensive from the street. But was not. And the best was "our" guy from reception. He was very helpful. He tried to help us with everything. He provided us the permission to can move near China´s border, he was patient to teached my colleague ride/drive a scooter, and so on. Hotel has any problem to hold our´s one bag here till we come back after 4 days from our scooter-round-trip (for free). We crashed a scooter little bit (little bit more :-/). In hotel they have no problem with this. The guy went out to ask some mechanist how much will be price of a repair. It was 500 vnd.
I asked for some tea (because in room was an eletrical teapot) - again, they have any problem and gave me 10 bags of tea.

The place was very clean and the price was reasonable. When we got there, we drove our car in front of the hotel staff was already there waiting for us , they checked in for us very quick. The experience was very nice.

Great hotel with excellent price. The rooms are new, very clean and big. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are air conditioned and you got everyrhing you need.

5 stars is not enough for this hotel. Stay here when you go to Ha Giang. My favourite decor and the service is A+

Phòng 2 giường và 3 giường tầng 7 sạch sẽ , rộng rãi , đệm êm .Vi trí gần quảng trường ,cháo ấu tẩu , quán cá sông lô . Nhân viên thân thiện . Giá rẻ so với mặt bằng tại Hà Giang . hài lòng khi đặt tại đây .

Nằm ngay gần phố đi bộ. Phòng vip thì rất ok, có phòng khách riêng. Tuy nhiên dọn phòng chưa kĩ, còn sót lại rác khách xả ra

Quá ổn với tầm giá 300-400k 1 đêm. Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ.
