Not much of equipment but I like it very much. Entry is 50k, it was empty. Dont expect too much, if you want to touch AirForce airplane this is your place.

It's not a place for fun for the backpacking tourist - it's an informative, historic military site of great importance to Americans AND Vietnamese. If you're a veteran of either country, regardless of your generation, you owe it to yourself and your country to pay your respects to your fellow veterans who engaged in that war.

The History of this Place, is incredible. To see the, Abandoned Relics from the Americans after a decisive Victory, by the NVA, Was, a sight to see. Quite emotional, from all accounts. I can recommend for any one interested in the History of Khe San, and surrounding areas. Well worth the 240 km ride on Ho Chi Minh Trail. Riding through magnificent Mountains and Jungle. The Atmosphere was, full of emotions and Awe.

Visiting Khe Sanh and the airport museum was a powerful experience for me.

The museum was very informative. The photos in particular were powerful testaments to the horrific truth of the struggle along Road 9.

While the relic aircraft were good to see, simply standing in this place evoked memories of news events I recall from my childhood.

The guest book was also instructional. Seeing American veterans names have some perspective as well.

Perhaps the most positive thing I saw there was small farm plots encroaching upon the space.

If we do not experience history through places like this, as so many better writers have said before me, we risk repeating these horrific things.

May peace prevail.

One of the biggest combat base, walk through the museum to get a one sided view of how this combat base was taken back by Vietcong. Impressive C130 and Chinook relics outside, with no tourists it's a nice walk around. The entire base is just a piece of grassland now though.

A Must see place whenever you visit Quang Tri Province ( or on the way from Quang Binh to Hue or Hue to Quang Binh) to understand more about the Vietnamese War ( American War)

Very cool staging of old war machines. The bunkers where very interesting and although not real bunkers uncovered from the war, they appeared to be historically accurate and an immersive experience.

A war memorial with small museum. Its more about a atmosphere here. The whole place is built on the fields where military base stood before. Where people fought and die.
Watch some war footage before coming here and you’ll get in to that historical atmosphere.

Historic place, it doesen't really differ much from the war remnants museum and othee war museums in Vietnam a part from the fact that this one was a real base.
Also, the C-130 Hercules is quite impressive when you see it in real life, absolutely on your list to do when you go on a tour around the DMZ.

A historical place to visit the former Khe Sanh american military base. The exhibits are very well preserved and a quiet place to walk around making you think what a hostile place it was during the Vietnamese conflict.

Interesting display of captured American equipment during the war. Seeing the base and the topography gives a lit of context.
