Fantastic fish soup base noodle store! The lady here is super nice and the food is very good. This fish soup is one of the signature dishes of Nha Trang, so it’s a must try if you are new here.

It’s nice to order extra shredded onion and eat with the soup. Pretty delicious and highly recommended🇻🇳👍

Very nice fish soup and super-friendly staff. They gave us a small bowl for my daughter without chive which was great since my daughter doesn’t like it (not sure how they knew; but probably they know that many small children don’t like it).

I came to Nha Trang very early in the morning. When i came to this place, they had just finished setting up. There were students eating breakfast at this place. Also many locals came here. You know the food is going to be good when there are locals around.
The place was small and cozy with little stools to sit on. I chose to sit right opposite the owner. The best place to sit is where you can see your food being made.
The soup was surprisingly small, like the palm of your hand. The noodle was hand cut into long, thin rectangles. I only ordered the noodle at first. But then the owner asked if I would like some "Chả cá" fish cake. Sure, give me all you've got. The fried fish cakes looks doubtfully awful at first sight (topped with thin slices of onion and a special chili sauce). I have never been good with spicy food. But to my surprise, it tasted aw...awesome. The onion went perfectly with the chili sauce (which is not spicy at all), the fish sauce was good with that combination. A very nice experience, indeed.

It is a nice place with a pretty short menu (a local soup only) but they are gurus in cooking this soup. We came with 2 kids and they brought their soups without a spicy sauce - smart solution.
