Really great experience staying for a night before our morning flight! The room was very large, clean, and modern with strong ac and a fan. I was very pleased with this hotel since I didn't have high expectations for just an airport transit night. The service and amenities were also great!

Had a great stay at Airport Classic Hotel and Travel. The room is spacious and toilet is clean. The hotel staff are very helpful and welcome us with a big smile.
Communication through English is no issue, they provided delicious breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport.

Great hotel! Friendly service. We wanted a hotel close to the airport since we were flying out the next day. Free airport shuttle to the airport 5min away. Clean modern rooms with all the usual amenities. Big breakfast included. Bottles water in the room was free, beer was about $1

This hotel is a perfect one if you are looking for accommodation near Noi Bai airport. We stayed for a night as our flight was departing the next morning. The room was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and quiet. We slept really well. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the receptionist checked our flight departure time at check-in, organized a free shuttle service for us. We appreciated and happily gave a small amount of gratuities. The room rate is very affordable but they offer such a great service to their guests. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I was travelling to Hanoi on my own and needed a place to stay for one night before flying to Da Nang. I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel - the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the free airport drop-off was an added bonus! During my short layover in Hanoi, I chose to stay at the Airport Classic Hotel for one night. I preferred the comfort of a cozy bed rather than spending the night at the airport. The hotel was impeccably clean and managed by a warm and friendly family. Additionally, the breakfast served was delightful, and the overall environment was peaceful and quiet. I was so impressed with my experience that I have already planned a longer trip to Vietnam and intend to stay at this hotel again. Their excellent service goes beyond accommodation; they also offer tour booking assistance, making the entire experience even more convenient.

Super friendly staff, picked me up from the airport and brought me back, even gave me some cash because there was no ATM around. Rooms are perfect for a tired traveler. Early check-in was no problem, and all that for a reasonable price.

This hotel is the best option if you have really early flights or late arrivals into Hanoi. It is close to the airport (10 min drive) and in a suburb where you can experience real Hanoi. The hotel is modern and convenient. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. The highlights are the family that runs the hotel. They will go the extra mile to help you. They offer transfers to and from the airport and you can even book tours. I had a bad experience with a taxi I booked myself where I forgot one bag and they helped me recover it. Van Hieu speaks good English and he called the company and helped me to get the bag and recommended a couple of local places for good food. The hotel has a rooftop terrace (currently is not finished but once they finish it will be a great place to relax and have some drinks). A nice touch is that some rooms have a spa bath and after a long flight or drive feels amazing to relax in there. 100% recommended and will definitely come back if we are in Hanoi again. The host were so nice and helpful. He speaks english very well so we could understand what he said hehe. The best part is, he offered us free airport transfer because we have to go early in the morning. If you have morning flight, i’d definitely recommend you to sleep here.

Highly recommend this hotel for airport transit early/late arrivals etc. We were flying really early and didn't want to travel all the way from Central Hanoi after returning from a cruise.

Staff were extremely helpful, and spoke quite good English. The rooms were very modern and clean and tidy! Also had three beds which was great for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel - only 5 minutes drive from the airport. The rooms are well equipped, clean and the bed is really comfortable. A big plus is also the complimentary drop-off service at the airport. Highly recommended!

Close to airport, accidently booked the wrong date and staff checked us into last available room late at night and gave us a discount to what we going to pay anyway! Also organised a driver to drop us into Hanoi the next morning for great price 👌

The hotel is located about 10 min drive from the airport. The service was really good. The receptionist met me right at the doorstep, helped me with the luggage and supervised me to the room. After 10 minutes he came back with welcome fruits, snacks and hot tea. He also asked what I would like to have for breakfast and at what time I need to get to the airport.
The room was huge and it had a jacuzzi.
The surrounding location is so so, but you are there just to stay overnight or so, not to look around.

Beste service ever. Very friendly owners. We forgot something on our room and they did all the things we asked them to do, to get this back. I can really recommand this hotel.

We needed a place just to sleep over the night after a long flight, but this place even a bit exceeded our expectations. It has a nice, fresh and tasteful design. The bed was super comfortable. Our room had a very nice bubble bath with massage options, which made us wish to stay there even longer than one night. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful. But take into account that the location is far from everything, so you can't order food with Grab for example.

Hotel is close to the airport which is good for connecting flights. Would recommend to arrange for hotel staff to arrange airport pickup, as most taxis at the airport will not generally accept short distance journey.

Super close to the airport and amazingly friendly staff. The hotel is run by father and son - Hieu and Hung who are very helpful. We arrived at 3 am in the night but they ensured we got the room ready in a few minutes.
