Perfect place to start your Vietnam stay. Our twin room was very clean, stylish, and very affordable with amazing service from the owner who's very hospitable. We had the best welcome to Vietnam (and perhaps the highlight of our month trip) celebrating the lunar new year with the host and were lucky enough to meet much of his family as well. Thank you! 🙏❤

Good hotel and good service; we had an early flight at 8:00am and the staff arranged everything for a car to come pick us up in the morning at 5:30am; they had prepared some sandwich for us since it was too early for us to grab breakfast.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy.
The neighbourhood is not pretty nor entertaining so I don't recommend you spending much time there. It's best to enjoy Hanoi downtown and then check-in later during the day to enjoy a nice relaxing evening before an early flight.
They are a couple of restaurants or small shops nearby making it convenient.

Convenient hotel which is very close to the airport. Rooms were very reasonably priced and were comfortable and clean. There aren’t many food options in the area but the hotel have a limited menu. They’re also able to arrange an airport transfer for 100 VND.

We only stopped in for one night transitioning from Sa Pa to Saigon, and it was such a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing!! We couldn't believe what a spread we got for the price, and they even cooked us eggs the way we liked them in addition to the buffet. Also, Henry had his driver take us to the airport for free! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the airport area.

Good location. Clean room. The place is about 5 minutes by car from the airport. Best of all, I was very happy with the service by staff.Great Pho for breakfast.I want to repeat next time !! Thank you so much.

While not a 5* hotel, I would rank our stay here as excellent for our last night in Hanoi close to the airport. The staff were very helpful, we had a home cooked Vietnamese dinner, comfortable bed, clean room and free airport ride. All for under $35 for two, including food and three beers. I recommend this location for airport convenience not for things to do or the neighborhood.

As the name suggests, this place is both convenient and friendly. I've stayed in many hotels in this country and none of them offered such sincerity. It's not the place to stay if you're looking for a luxurious escape, but if you're looking for somewhere to stay before or after your flight, there's no better place. This is a place run by a young family and you'll feel more like a welcomed guest in their home home than you're purchasing a room. The free breakfast and 1-way airport shuttle was great. They also offer other food/drinks for reasonable prices. It was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. What else could you want?

Top hotel in Hanoi airport. The room very comfortable and super clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Delicious breakfast with alacart menu and buffet dish. Very close and convenient to airport, just 5 minute drive from the airport, shuttle service is great. Awesome, I would recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. Great location. We left our luggage there and return to pick it up later. Was no problem at all.

Hi. I am highly recommend this hotel for you guy that want to stay nearby Noibai Airport. It was clean, quiet, comfortable bed and bathroom. And you always be welcome any time of the day even you check in or check out at mid night. Staffs are always willing to help you for any problems at any time. Wish you all the best and success 🥰

Just nearby the airport, I came here by foot.
It seems like family run this hotel, and they are kind and nice.
Room is fine and wifi signal is strong and fast.
Breakfast types are not much, but you can order for some special food.

I had an amazing stay. I got in late at night and a driver picked me up from the airport and transferred me to the hotel where a very nice gentleman helped me check in. I was so grateful for such a comfortable room at such a great value! Thank you so much! Breakfast was awesome as well! Definitely will be back!

The rooms were clean and fancy, it was in a great location for me, and the staff really helped me whenever they could. Several times they went above and beyond to make my stay more wonderful than I ever thought it could be.

The breakfast options weren’t that great, but considering the times and that it came free with the hotel stay I really can’t complain.

He did organise Halong bay trip, Sapa and Ninh Binh for me with very cheap and good quality. Hotel is very clean and comfortable bed. I'm sure I will be back at this hotel if I return Hanoi

Convenient and friendly - how very true! Close to both international and internal flight terminals our stay was most pleasant. A comfortable and clean room, plenty of space, efficient shower and such friendly staff.

6 star service! Wifi is super fast, room is clean and large. I love the way people here communicate with their guests, who are not guests anymore but family members! I will recommend this place to my friends! Thanks, Mr. Henry for your lovely hotel.

Indeed convenient and friendly. The room was very nice. Bathroom was clean but a little old. Very nice staff. And 5 minutes ride from the airport.
