The hotel staff were very friendly. I had a problem with the taxi driver, but he readily resolved the issue and helped me. The room was really spacious and comfortable. They carried all our luggage and the breakfast in the morning was warm and delicious. Above all, I think the kindness and interest of the staff will be remembered for a long time. thank you And the price is so good👏

During my transit, I planned to stay at her hotel but was fully booked. So, i stayed at another hotel. I really need a car from the airport because the airport taxi price is really unreasonable. As I once stayed at her hotel & have her number, I asked for her help to get me a car and she did help me get one at a cheap price 🥰 Thank you so much for helping me even though i’m not staying at your hotel. Our stay in the hotel was perfect! We received an upgrade for free and the room was super comfortable. The whole family and staff are very kind, helpful and so happy peoplej that was a pleasure to meet. The breakfast was great. They even kept our bike inside locked.

Safe for female solo travelers. A perfect place to rest for a layover in Hanoi. Clean, spacious, comfortable and soft bed. Nice proprietor, I'll definitely stay again if given a chance. Just download Grab if you need to go to the city center. Riding a bike is fun, too.😊

Very close to Hanoi Airport. Grandpa is very helpful and kinds. Free breakfast they made like mama cooking so very cute. Room is very clean and big. Suitable for everyone, couples, solo, family. Very recommend

The room was spacious. The owner upgraded our room to bigger one for my parent's comfort for free. It's nearby airport, and easy to get grab car. They can help you call taxi for 100k vnd if you need to go to airport early in the morning as well.

A family hotel with very good service!!! The owners help us in everything : just tell them what you want. We feel very warm like staying at home. As for the room, it's very big, clean and very near the airport.

This was exactly what I needed for my all too short overnight layover in Hanoi! Very close to the airport with wonderful clean rooms, nothing fancy but exactly what I needed for a quick stay. The staff was so friendly helping me with my bags and with free breakfast!! Would definitely recommend for a quick stay in Hanoi!!

Do not hesitate to book here. Hưởng is such a sweetheart with a lovely family.. We stayed the night before an early flight out of Hanoi and I would definitely stay again. We had trouble finding the hotel due to a malfunction in my phone’s map app. I called Hưởng,, told her what building we were standing in front of and she came and picked us up on her motorcycle.
We actually were put into the family room so we had 2 large beds but we peeked into the regular rooms and they too were both lovely, pristine and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large and the shower was good. This was actually my husband’s favourite room of all we stayed in in Vietnam but it definitely was nowhere near as expensive as some of the others. Would definitely recommend this place!

theres a pho restaurant nearby, but beside of that you wont be able to order any food from grab.

A great place if needing a place to stay between flights. Big room, clean, hot water, aircon, breakfast and helpful staff!

We arrived late at night (1130pm) and they helped me to get a cab at a cheaper rate. Both daughter and father are caring and they made egg noodles as we were hungry and wanted to eat something at 12am. Room is spacious and clean with towel and everything. Definitely will recommend to others for the room and hospitality.

The staff were superr freindly, and the rooms were very comfortable and affordable, i was able to find this great property near the airport during my layover, but its also a great choice for a longer stay.

It locates 10 mins from airport and really have a good service.
We stayed one night (check-in 19pm check-out 4:30am) and both time there were a man waiting for us at the reception.

They upgraded freely and we had a quite huge room with airconditioning, fan, refrigerator, TV and santitary things.

Next to the hotel, there is a pho restaurant and a friendly lady from hotel took us to the place and explain what pho it is etc!

It might be a difficult to have a conversation with them but they are the professional to use google translate! Haha

Huong and her family welcomed us at 2am from our flight. They were beautiful and hospitable even though we were annoying customers. They went out of their way to pick us up from the airport and to make sure we were comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were delicious, strong coffee and the most fresh eggs from the paddock next door. Huong organised cars for us to have lunch in Hanoi and also to rush to our bus to Sapa. We love Huong. Definitely stay with her!

This was our first overnight stay when we arrived from Australia.

It is a great location close to the airport.
It's fairly quiet considering it's near the airport.
Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, a private bathroom with hot shower, toilet and some basic toiletries ( toothpaste, brush, comb, soap, towels, toilet paper ). Bed was comfortable and clean. There's a tv ( we didn't use it though ), fridge, kettle and two chairs. It has a key card lock so felt a bit more secure too.

Just keep in mind the rooms might vary a little bit....

The best part was Huong's friendliness and willingness to accommodate us. She helped organize food when we got there ( we were hungry! 😅 ), Booked our taxis and generally went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable-we definitely felt welcomed.

Breakfast was included in our room fee and consisted of egg, bread, banana and coffee-simple but sufficient.
If you're not accustomed to Vietnamese family hotels, don't be alarmed to see the family in the reception... It's actually quite pleasant and they respect your privacy 🙂
I would not hesitate to recommend staying here, affordable clean and safe to stay! 🙂

Stayed only one night to catch an early flight from Hanoi airport. The hotel is about a 5min taxi ride from the international terminal and even less from the domestic one. Rooms are very spacious and ok for the price. However, the standout thing about this place was the service. The owner (it's a family hotel) went above and beyond to help us with everything that we asked: laundry, taxi, generic advice, etc. Definitely recommend!
