I was truly impressed and extremely happy because I met friendly people, and the hotel was absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone was so professional, the room was extremely clean and made me very satisfied.

Cuong welcome us very well. We had to leave early and they gave us a great breakfast to go. The room upgrade was awesome 5* :-)

Very satisfied with my stay here. Very clean and the staff are absolutely great, the lobby staff are English speaking, very helpful and extremely professional. I wish I knew how to spell all their names properly so I could write praise individually for them here. Yes it is a little distanced from touristy attractions, however if you are like me and are not concerned by that (eg. you are in Hanoi for a business trip) you will absolutely love this place - the location appears to be more oriented to the Central Business District of the city so you are relatively close to areas with clean tall office buildings. I will definitely be looking at staying here again on my next business trip to Hanoi and be recommending it to all my friends who intend to visit also.

price okay. room big enough and clean. washing machine and cooking equipment in room. okay breakfast order to make at huge and modern dining room on 3rd floor. but no city map available.
