Don't understand the negative reviews. To clarify, I went for the UK passport appointment. The whole process took 30 mins with detailed guidance from the staff. The communication earlier via email to book an appointment was also straightforward and quick.

I was a bit hesitant at first because of the negative reviews, but my experience with the passport renewal service was perfect. The staff were professional and efficient, and they were able to help me get my passport renewed quickly, even though I had to provide additional documents due to living abroad. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Reading the other reviews I came and prepared for the worst, but my experience is actually very good. The staff are helpful the whole process takes ~20m.

And there are definitely no rude staff or yelling.

It says Tang 3 on Google Maps but the VFS office is on the first floor. There weren't any other foreigners so the application process was fast and smooth. I'm not sure if I can say the same for Vietnamese, but there was a queue on their side. I applied for a UK visit visa and the processing time is at least 6 weeks (they are prioritizing Ukraine citizens at the moment.) Instead of passport pickup, you can have it mailed. (80k) If you have uploaded everything on the website, you only need to have a colored copy of your passport's first page, the checklist, and the appointment confirmation. No need to print the other documents.

Maybe they upgraded after the old reviews. I was able to book an appointment the next day, was in and out in about 20 mins. Staff knew what they were doing. No complaints.

Be just in time and the main lobby sofas are not allowed to be seated for VFS guests

Bạn có thể đăng ký làm visa ở đây tới Châu Âu, Bắc Âu hoặc Ukraina. Nếu bạn làm thông thường, thời gian chờ sẽ từ 2 tới 3 giờ là ít nhất. Song nếu làm dịch vụ, thời gian chờ sẽ ngắn hơn ( cỡ 30 phút ). Thời gian lấy khoảng từ 2 tới 3 tuần. Bên dưới tầng 1 có 1 quán nước, ghế sofa, bãi gửi ô tô xe máy ( 20k cho ô tô, xe máy có lẻ rẻ hơn ). Có một quán nước bên ngoài cho những ai thích không gian thoáng ( 3k một chén thôi, đừng hà tiện quá các bạn ơi ). Tầng 4 có một nhà hàng bạn có thể ăn uống có cơm phở. Tầng 1 có Highland Cafe ( Cập nhật ngày 22/1/2024 ).

You can apply for a visa here to Europe, Northern Europe or Ukraine. If you do it normally, the waiting time will be 2 to 3 hours at least. But if you do a service, the waiting time will be shorter (about 30 minutes). Delivery time is about 2 to 3 weeks. Below the first floor there is a cafe, sofas, and parking for cars and motorbikes (20k for cars and motorbikes, maybe cheaper). There is a drink shop outside for those who like open space (only 3k per cup, don't be too stingy guys). On the 4th floor there is a restaurant where you can eat and drink pho. The first floor has Highland Cafe (Updated January 22, 2024).

Khác biệt so với các cmt tiêu cực trước, mình có trải nghiệm tốt tại VFS khi xin Visa Đức. Mình đặt lịch đến đúng 9h-11/04, lên lầu 2, bảo vệ kiểm tra rất gọn và nhanh sau đó mình lấy số chờ. Đến lượt mình cũng chỉ sau vài phút, các bạn nhân viên làm việc cũng rất tích cực và nhanh nhẹn. Lưu ý là ở đây chỉ nhận tiền mặt, có cây ATM ở dưới. Mình lấy vân cũng rất nhanh. Tổng thời gian mất 30p, vì mình chờ rút tiền nên lâu. Điểm trừ duy nhất là gửi xe đắt:)

Mình đã đọc nhiều nhận xét tiêu cực về vfs hà nội, nhưng cá nhân mình thấy các bạn nhân viên tiếp nhận hồ sơ, lấy vân tay, đến các chú bảo vệ (của bộ phận visa Schengen) đều rất nhỏ nhẹ, lịch sự.
Lệ phí nộp có phiếu thu rõ ràng số tiền nộp bằng VND.
Ko có chuyện mắng mỏ quát tháo và không đưa phiếu thu như một số nhận xét trước đây.

Sau khi đọc khá nhiều chia sẻ ko tốt ở đây. Hôm nay tôi mới trải nghiệm thì thấy mọi thứ đều tốt.
1. Có bãi đỗ xe ô tô và xe máy trước toà nhà (mất phí).
2. Nơi làm việc ở tầng 1, vào sảnh bên tay trái.
3. Ghế ngồi có ghi khách làm visa ko ngồi tại đây (Nhưng ngồi vẫn được, không có chuyện ai đuổi).
4. Có hẹn lúc 12h15 nhưng tôi vào hỏi lúc 12h kém thì nhân viên bảo anh có thể vào luôn ko cần đợi đúng giờ hẹn.
5. Ví, túi xách, điện thoại được phép mang vào bình thường (Đt tắt chuông, không mang bật lửa vào là được).
6. Tổng thời gian làm là 15 phút.
