Hands down the best Bánh mì I’ve had in Vietnam (and we did a lot of Bánh mì places)! Love the bread, it was crunchy, warm and the perfect size. The filling was generous and with lots of good flavour! Highly recommend this place 🤤

This is the kind of place you come for the food, not for the ambiance. A simple no-frills establishment.

The Bahn Mi was great and was only 25,000 VND. The baguette was crisp and fresh. The meat was tender, flavourful and really tasty.

As other reviewers have noted, the lady (who seems to be the owner of the shop) was super friendly. I mistakenly gave a 100,000 VND note, instead of 10,000, she returned it to me, explained the difference and told me to be careful. (I am thankful because this gives the world hope.)

The lady who served our Bahn mi was lovely and the sandwich itself was the best I’ve had since being in vietnam!!!

best local-style banh mi we’ve had in Hanoi! we tried the highly recommended Banh Mi 25 the day before this and were sorely disappointed, but this place had us coming back for more! loved the perfectly crispy & pillowy baguette, the paté, unique fatty jelly and cold cut meats. the owner was so sweet and welcoming, striking up conversations with every customer. and we got to see the owner’s family dogs roaming around while we ate — such a special treat and exactly the “local” environment we’d been hoping for. definitely coming back here our next trip! The best Banh Mi experience 👍🏻😋 I ordered the 'everything' version, half the cost of the old quarter shops, it was served toasted warm, so delicious with a nice but small chili hit / after taste. The owner was very friendly, talked to me for a while about his brother in the UK. I will go back to get one more for the road when I leave in two days!

Definitely recommend! One thing about travel is feel the culture, which including ppl and yummy food. The shop owner and his wife are super friendly, which is a great way to start your journey in Hanoi.
The egg banh mi is very special and freshly made( attached in picture) and bread is super crispy. I didn’t put much sauce cause I like to feel the authentic taste of the ingredients.
The shop owner offered local herb tea and took some photos to grasp the moments!
Definitely recommend!

I requested a vegetarian banh mi and was given this egg and vegetable version - the egg was fluffy and generous and vegetables were fresh and tasty. Really good!

INCREDIBLE! We informed the lovely lady and gentleman who run the stall that we we’re vegetarian and we we’re made the most amazing Egg Banh Mi! The Banh Mi was delicious and stuffed full with omelet and veggies! The ice coffee was also delicious. We will be back tomorrow.

Best banh mi in Hanoi! Checks all the boxes: delicious food, owner is extremely kind and food is inexpensive. Found out this place long ago and now I go to have breakfast every time I'm in Hanoi. Super recommended!

The banh mi sandwich served here is on point-very delicious. The owner is super friendly! She made some traditional Vietnamese coffee for me. Banh Mi Tun opens at 0600. Perfect place to experience a local-style Vietnamese breakfast!
