I went yesterday to open a bank account, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a number of documents to complete, nothing onerous and once completed I loaded the app and was underway in 20mins with a Vietnamese bank account.

This is very important for a foreigner on short term visa’s as it allows utility payments, QR payments etc.

great service, friendly staff. The only bad thing is that you can’t open a bank card for foreigners just like that. You need to have a visa for at least 12 months. I can't even open it with my APEC card. This card is a business visa for 19 countries, it is not so easy to get it. (I have a card, it is expiring, and they are not going to renew it.) It passes through the foreign ministries of these countries, including through the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry. It is valid for 5 years. Only I have to leave the country once every three months. It can be seen that the bank does not need money from foreigners, even with such a card.

Great customer service. Friendly, professional and helpful staff willing to assist and find solutions. Many speak good English. A special thanks to the Hostess / Coordinator at the entrance. Very smart, effective and professional.

Chi nhánh vcb lớn nhất thành phố. Rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, có nhiều quầy giao dịch, đảm bảo thủ tục nhanh chóng.

Cette banque est très facile d’accès au centre de Nhat Trang. L’accueil est excellente et de très bons conseils, vous serez orienté ensuite vers un guichet. En tant que français j’ai pu ouvrir un compte assez facilement en présentant mon passeport et mon visa bien entendu. La personne au guichet va ensuite vous conseillé si vous voulez ouvrir un compte en euros ou en VND . Vous pourrez faire uniquement des virements, déposer de l’argent en liquide n’est pas possible par contre vous pouvez faire des retraits en espèces au guichet. Vous avez la possibilité de demander une carte de retrait pour les distributeurs ou les règlements chez les commerçants. Personnellement j’ai choisi l’option euros. Vous pourrez aussi accéder à votre compte via Internet si vous en faites la demande.
Je conseille cette banque ils sont compétents et de très bons conseils.

한국인인 저도 자주은행일을 보러갑니다. 전혀 불편함이 없는 친절한 은행입니다.보안직원들도 센스있게일하시고..주차정리하는거보니... 특히나 인포메이션 안내를 담당하는 이쁘고 키큰 여성분, 영어도 잘하시고 늘 미소로 반겨줘서 항상 고맙게 여깁니다. 일전에 창구에 순서를 기다리고 있는데 세치기를 누가하더라구요. 무시하고 제 업무를 봐주시던데, 거기서 은행원들이 기본이되어있구나 라고 여겼습니다.

참고로 그근처 agri bank 완전 비추입니다. 개쓰래기같은 은행...서로일을 떠밀고 일을 보러가도 옆집 개보듯하더라구요. 괜히 쓸데없는 신분증타령에..agri bank ...절대가지마시길...개쓰래기은행.
