Delicious bún bò huế - highly recommend! Many locals were dining at 5pm on a Monday when we went. It is quite some distance from the Old Quarter but the trip was worth it.

We we got the special bowl (dac biết) which was 60,000 VND. The portion was very generous and we felt very happy after finishing our meals. Condiments like the pickled shallots were great too. We especially enjoyed the pork loaf (chả lụa).

The owners were friendly and efficient.

Amazing bun bo hue- ask for the blood curd. The dry chili paste completes the dish. Owners are friendly too. Cravings finally satisfied.

Delicious Bun Bo Hue, just the right balance in flavors. Meat is tender, meatballs delicious and noodles still have a bite. Best Bun Bo Hue I had in Hanoi!

One of, if not THE best, this side of town. They make a slightly lighter broth that is well balanced and not overpowering like often the case at most other similar specialty eateries.

The owner comes from Hue so it is so tasty with reasonable price. You could have other choices as cakes from Hue too

Bún bò ngon, bát 40k ăn toping no căng cả bụng. Ấn tượng với quán là nước dùng rất thơm và đậm đà chứ không kiểu bị ngọt mì chính như quán khác.
Quán đông khách phết mà vẫn đủ chỗ ngồi.
