Nice guys, good service. We bought a lock for our bicycles. They helpt is putting the bikes together and dit not charge anything. They have basic bicycle tools,... Wel we are not in Europe. If they sell kartonboxes for €5,-.. Well... IT is Vietnam en they try to make a living there... At the airport in Holland and Germany they charge € 30,-

This shop's staff said it for me.
"Our shop is just show room, is not technical services shop."

Merida's bikes are very nice.
But, this shop is not good.
They don't have technich and knowledge.
They can do only easy repair.
Because, They can't handling spare parts.

If, you need techimical support for your bike.
You don't buy the bike at this shop.
They can only sell the bike.

Sell cardboard boxes they don't need from new bikes for $5, and the boxes are FILTHY.

BAD SERVICE, NO SPARES IF YOU have problems with your bicycle, even buying a simple shrader tube, don't bother coming here.
They don't have for sale and they don't know where in Hanoi you can buy.

Worst service in 41 countries i visited so far.
Why don't you change business and sell fishing rods?
