Vườn Hoa Vạn Xuân

Very serene place with lush greenery and a memorial dedicated to the US soldiers. Nice place to spend an afternoon/evening, watching the adjacent roads bustling with traffic. Lot of kids come to play and even more people to walk their dogs. At night, the locals have some sort of dance rehearsals here with music playing in the background.
