I loved it!!! They had Russian film and I enjoyed it much. Super soft and cozy seats. Staff is super mega cute. Sound was perfect. Really cool place to enjoy the movie. The elevator is on the left from the electronic shop, right outside the street.

It is great cinema near hoan kiem.

I came in a little over 9 PM to catch the final slot of a new movie, and to my surprise, the cinema was still quite lively, the staff were lovely, the girl who gave me the tickets was especially charming. There was a nice little waiting place for us to sit while waiting for our movie. Though the decoration was simple, it had a homey cozy feel to it. When we came out, the sky was pitch black, definitely a unique experience for sure.

Also, the popcorn was phenomenal.

All in all, a solid choice for a date.

Brand new cinema. Lovely staff. Nobody was there. We had the entire room for us to see Star wars for around 70k VND per head. They got good popcorn too. Highly recommended if you want to see a movie for a little price.

Compared to BHD and CGV, Galaxy has an outstanding strength in Fare. Although Galaxy's Theater Quality is less commendable than 2 competitors, Galaxy's Service Quality is still rated quite good (with 6% of the respondents talking positively about this factor, compared to 10% of the Galaxy). CGV and 2% of BHD). Promotions are the reason that customers often use when recommending others to see a certain theater. However, while BHD and CGV are also recommended to visit because of the Quality of Sound, Picture, Good Service, New Technology, Galaxy has Promotion as an attraction factor.

Highly recommend this place! Not too crowded, suitable price, juicy sound system, and well-designed member card haha!!

A hidden gem in Hanoi. While the CGV has the hype, you can watch the same movies here on a comfortable seat in a less congested theater at a reasonable price enjoying good sound. Loved it the most as they allowed to me to change my ticket to a different movie 30 min before the show although their policy says otherwise. The popcorn isn't bad either. 🍿

Been here twice, both times had the cinema all to myself. Very good cinema, looks brand new staff speaks good English. Would definitely recommend it

This was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon in Hanoi. The ticket was only 45,000 dong and the movie was in English with Vietnamese subtitles.

A cheap and clean cinema, friendly staff. Member tickets are 55K, popcorn and drink combo 85K.
