Still a very good cinema.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful as they make an effort to find someone who speaks English to assist you. The cinema is also very clean and comfortable with the tickets being cheap but the popcorn and drink will cost you a little more. They also have a range of movies in English and Vietnam nit forgetting the amazing 4D experience which is a must try.

Excellent cinema experience! Forget you're in Vietnam for a couple of hours. The staff were helpful and nice. We were 20 min late for the screening but they kindly advised the ads are shown for the first 15 min of every screening. Great pre-packed ice-cream too!

amazing. lots of those cardboard cutouts for y'all to take photos with. very spacious. great snack combos! they even have themed cups and such. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice place, have been coming here for awhile. For sure the best popcorn of any CGV locations. The VIP experience is also worth it sometimes, a little pricey for Vietnam but the seats are nice, they give a clean blanket and a bubble tea. Also, make sure you get a CGV card when coming to Hanoi, you only need to spend 5M VND on movies and you start getting priority ticket purchasing, which will make things move more quickly.

Awesome mall! Wish we spotted it few days ago. Saw an amazing Vietnamese film with eng subtitles. Saigon Anh em. Very nice! Highly recommend tourists to watch Vietnamese films if your in the country !

Good cinema right in the centre of the city. Good for that feeling of home, except it's very cheap! Films are mostly in English with Vietnamese subtitles. The normal range of popcorn and drinks are available :)

This was my first visit to a cinema in Vietnam, and I definitely was not expecting the quality to be so high! It was actually better than the cinemas we have in the UK! Staff were also friendly!

Generally the cinema here and Aeon mall are the main ones but cgv in general here is Hanoi is usually very clean. The staff are friendly and prices compared to western cinemas are relatively cheap.

Good place, you can go shopping while waiting for the movie. Tickets are more expensive than other cinemas.
