Very helpful lady at the counter, spoke good English which was a bonus. I sent just over 2kgs to Australia and it cost $77 AUD. Which I was satisfied with. Regular air mail, expected time 1 month. Also given a tracking number and website info! Cash only, recommend agribank with only a 22,000 fee compared to the atm that’s close by Seabank which was a 50,000 fee

Postcard to india. She charged me 32000 for stamps worth 30000/postcard . I guess that's fine.
She charged another lady the same price for a postcard to the US & Europe.

I found by accident. Locals tried to send me to main post office. I had just purchased post cards. The staff was excellent. Hoang is bilingual and was very helpful.

The service was fast and she understood my English. There were some other foreigners too. I wanted to send money order to a friend inside Vietnam. I wanted to send vnd 900000 and they charged me 922000 vnd for the service. I would recommend this post office.
