Totally recommend Blue Wave Nha Trang travel.
After searching on the internet for a Cai river trip we had almost given up. We happened to be walking past Blue Wave office so stepped in and explained what we were after. Ky was very helpful and organised a bespoke trip just for our party. It was a fantastic private tour for 5, picked up from our hotel and looked after all day by Tinh Tinh. We were transported to villages to see local crafts as well as enjoying the river. We all enjoyed a really great day.

My hubby and I had chosen the snorkelling package. We asked the staff how many pax were going to the island on that day in the boat. He said about 10 to 15 pax. When we reached the island, We were shocked to see there are about 10 boats which is about about 100 tourists snorkelling in the designated snorkelling area in the island. We we re disappointed that the staff lied to us about this. He further mentioned that it was low peak season thus we were did not question further. Everyone was rushing to get the life vests and snorkelling gears and there are no system. Chaotic. We could not snorkel without collding into others. Same for the mud bath session. There was so many tourists. And we ended up waiting and queuing for an hour. The guides waited for all the crowd to come in then started briefing everyone. They should break everyone up into batches. Totally bo system at all. And lastly there was insufficient lockers to place our belongings. Overall a bloody bad experience with this company.

The boat trip was very bad, no adequate snorkeling equipment; we didn't visited 3 islands ,as promised,only 2; and we were back already at 1pm and they are advertising this like whole day trip. Also,I got hurt cuz they left anchor hanging too close to the ladders. When they saw I'm bleeding, they didn't care at all.

Ich habe eine andere Tour erhalten, als ich gebucht habe. Ich hab extra eine kleine Reisegruppe gewählt und am Ende war es eine riesige Gruppe. Laut Aussage des Mitarbeiters wurden spontan zwei Gruppen zusammengelegt. Der Tourguide erzählte mir aber, die Gruppen seien immer so groß. Ich wurde also einfach frech belogen. Als ich mich beschwert habe, habe ich 50k Dong Rabatt erhalten. Das ist lächerlich und eine Frechheit. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht.
Von den 3 Inseln hab ich keine gesehen. Auf der ersten Insel wurde mit hunderten anderen geschnorchelt, auf der Zweiten schnell Mittag gegessen. Auf der dritten Insel gab es das Schlammbad. Für den Strand sollte man extra zahlen.
Alles in allem einfach eine Frechheit für das Geld!
