Excellent banh mi doner kebab! The bread is incredibly thin and crispy - these things were just addicting. I went here 3 times in my 3 days in Ha Giang.

A fusion of Vietnamese banh mi and doner kebab. Kebab meat added to a panini-style bread hollowed out, with pickled papaya, cucumber and sauces. You can add or subtract as wanted. Great for takeaway.
