Your Vietnam travel is an amazing travel agency based in Vietnam for first time travellers. The staff who organise the trip are really solid and they pick good tour guides based in each Vietnamese city that you go on to visit. I think this company is definitely a safe bet but I would say take your time to customise and negotiate with your itinerary as this would improve your experience rather than just going with what’s been dealt with. One think I would’ve changed in my itinerary would’ve been adding more free days scattered in between my 16 day trip. The company also does excellent tours in Cambodia which I would highly recommend.

We went on the 5 star day cruise from ha long bay, Chi was my contact person. She was amazing and so happy to help. It was my partners birthday and the boat gave us a fruit cake as she was vegan. We spent the day swimming and kayaking. Full of amazing staff and people. I cannot recommend it enough! Love from New Zealand. 2 female travelers ☺

We usually organize our travels by ourselves, but this time we made it easy and chose Your Vietnam Travel to organize everything for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Viet Nam - great decision! Alina and her team were fantastic, from the first contact several months ago when we discussed options, until the moment our driver left us at the airport after a wonderful experience! Alina was always super responsive and accommodating, and took great care to ensure that everything worked perfectly well and on time. The hotels we stayed at were excellent and conveniently located, transportation worked like a clock, our guide in Sa Pa was great and even showed us her house, and the experiences we had with local people were heartwarming. We had a 15 day tour from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh organised by Mia at Your Vietnam travel. Everything was well organised and went according to plan. We had an amazing time and loved everything about Vietnam.

Our 8D7N Danang tour program which organized by Mr Dave was great & enjoyable! The mud bathing at Than Tai mountain was amazing. But the weather was badly rains all day.

The local tour guide (Ah Siow) was an extremely good & friendly person. He is such a warm personality which obviously also added to our real holiday experiences. All respect to Ah Siow who does a great job, a true sample of an excellent tour guide!

BAD experience with this Tour Agency.
BAD arrangements led to miss-communication then led to bad situations.
They don’t go into details and just hope things work out fine. If not just say sorry. Oops.
I also learned that many reviews in Vietnam are fake especially on the hotels.
Really bad experience and will think x3 before setting foot in Vietnam again
I find that they promise everything at time of booking but will just say “sorry you came at a peak season” and that they have tried their best. Repeating all over again story.
The boss lady did come over to apologize but the next 2 days, again a bad experience happens.
I had the worse experience travelling to Sapa, Slept on the floor in Hanoi and left stranded on the Hanoi streets with my Family with Full luggage and the transporter keep blaming us as our agency failed to communicate properly to them & they start blaming each other whilst my family have to endure the insults.
I feel that they trying to squeeze as much profit, thus leaving customers a wide gap of shortfall.
For Malaysians, the Malaysian Contact is just a fake and have no value added and shares no responsibility. Just put there for marketing. Not sure if she gets commission.
I do not recommend anyone going through what I went through these 7 days I am in Vietnam.
Totally disappointed and just want to warn others about this.
also careful of pickpockets in Hanoi. Full of it and lost some items otw....

Not good
We were scolded by a local transporter as bad arrangements and need to walk the street with our luggage and lost.
Limousine to Sapa very bad. Bully by transporter.
Hotel given also bad as they very rude.
keep say sorry but the no solution.
taxi don't want to come in due to small road so need each time to carry luggage up and down the narrow streets and very far from the lake. bad breakfast and need to eat in the small room that have no window. make room full of food smell.
